I'm 62 years old. I've been training with Chris for a little over 3 years and have logged in nearly 300 workouts. Chris is professional and knowledgeable. His expertise is off the charts. He's both patient and tough. He never let's you quit. He enables you to reach levels and achieve results that you never thought were possible. I will only train at Training Grounds.

I've learned how to breathe properly, one of the most important things in exercising and it is not obvious how to do it properly. Chris is very attentive to individual goals and problems. I am quite happy that it is possible to improve steadily even if one is very old.

Chris is a great trainer and a good guy. He plans workouts specific for you and your ability. Workouts, stretch movement, whatever is right for you. Physically I have improved so much with Chris’ training.

Chris is just wonderful!
He is very knowledgeable and professional.
He is very receptive about our workouts. I had surgery and I can say I felt very comfortable having him guiding me every step of the way. Highly recommend him.
