Frustrating. The classes are fewer and fewer and of lesser quality than before. Grumpy owners, discontent staff. Complicated and expensive rules on freezing membership. Now, we canceled and are moving to the JCC, which has tons of classes and a beautiful pool and super helpful staff, etc. Even though we canceled Nov. 3 they insist on charging us not only for November, but also for December. They said we had to cancel on Nov 1 and it's out of their hands. What? I can't even get anyone to call me back about the issue so after two weeks of leaving messages I'm giving up.

If I could give it less stars I would. Dirty, not kept up with. Their policy is deceit and impossible to cancel your membership, you’ll be stuck paying $99/month until you finally give in and request a new credit card number. Staff is nasty and inconsiderate.
I’m a long time gym member, I’m also a fairly reasonable person. To come on site and leave a nasty review, means I’m quite upset and feel so wronged. Hopefully an honest gym opens in the area. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym

I’m going to this gym for a workout always AC off. I’m asking like almost 2 months. We pay lmembership and maintenance but they don’t care for us They say we wait for someone to come to fix it. I really don’t understand Going to train for my health, but My long and my heart get damage because of the worst air and management, I don’t have any choice because no any gym around us

Worst gym I’ve ever tried. Horrible customer service. They ask you for an ID to open a membership and they can’t even spell your name in the right way. They don’t know how to handle billing process and to make matters worse I end up paying for 2 months having the money in the card that I registered just becouse they’re not productive enough to make an automatic simple payment. Trust me it’s not worth and their customer service it’s literally -0/10

I like this gym a lot. It’s clean spacious and has plenty of equipment and extra amenities. And it’s not too busy so very little wait for equipment if any.
Also the owner is really nice. Not like other gyms. Highly recommend.

I joined this gym about 2 years ago after the reopening of gyms due to the pandemic. In the beginning, my experience was solid. It is well equipped with machines however recently I have had an issue with the bathrooms/showers/sauna not being cleaned daily. I workout early in the morning and showers are not cleaned from the day before. Towels are left in the sauna. I have complained a few times before and nothing has been done. The membership fee is way too high for this to be going on. If this issue does not improve I will be forced to switch gyms.

I've been a member of this gym for 14 years. It has a great selection of equipment and free weights. It's always clean. There is a sauna and a steamroom. It's open 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm. It also offers free classes.

Just moved to PW, and there’s almost no big gyms in the general area besides TS. I must say they do it right and have enough equipment to make it worth joining. Price is a bit high though, and they could use a 2nd leg press, as that thing is always in use! Overall the locker room is nice(sauna/steam) and the showers are decent enough. We’ll see how it goes, but so far it seems worth it, and we like it.

I used to go to this gym years ago with a much less complicated membership. Recently in this past year, I have gone to college and freeze my account before major breaks. I was told the one year contract could be frozen at any time and unfrozen whenever I could. Now I go and they are telling me that there is a certain number of months the contract could be frozen for. After I froze my account before going back to college, I was charged 79.99 for one month after it was frozen, and 88.99 for the second month. I should not have to keep checking my bank account to make sure that this gym is charging me without permission. I used to love going to this gym but now they are always looking for different ways to get payments out of your pocket.

It a nice place, with mostly all the facility.
Careful while you register , they have very easy to roll in policy but no easy way to go out of it. What they say at time of registration may not stand true at the time of when you want to cancel it. So plan well for it along with your health.
