My daughter started here at the end of February. She loves her classes. I am impressed with the equipment and the facility and the staff. There are many options for times and days. I am given updates on her progress and can watch class from the waiting room on a TV screen.

Great classes. Recently added more mini classes on the different equipment, which my granddaughter appreciates. A good group of instructors. Director, Dani, is the key to the operations success and always quick to answer questions or concerns. A great instructor as well.

Both my 4 year old and my 10 year old absolutely adore doing gymnastics and dance here. The director Dani does an amazing job of staffing the gym with kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff for both gymnastics and dance. We love all the coaches and if they could my kids would live here!

We have attended toddler tumble time for almost 2 years and it has been amazing! Coach Dani and Coach Liv are both very professional, fun, encouraging, and super interactive with the kids. I can’t recommend Twist N Flip Cobleskill enough!

I absolutely love the adult barre class with Miss. Alyssa. It's a fantastic workout and leaves me sore (so good 😊), but feeling longer and stretched out. It's given me a low impact workout that has helped my running routine and other workouts. Alyssa is so friendly and welcoming and provides tons of encouragement and modifications if needed.

My kids love coming with me and enjoy the open gym time available during this class. It gives me some much needed me time, but something we can all look forward to together. I highly recommend trying this class out if you are looking for a great workout with a fantastic group!

Hands down I can say that TNF Cobleskill is the best recreational business that has come to our county! It is full of energetic, fun, caring coaches! They don’t just teach the how’s, but they encourage success through trial and failure, and do it all while building up the kids with excited enthusiasm for even the smallest accomplishments. They aren’t there just to teach gymnastics and dance and movement, they actually care about the kids overall!! Score: perfect 10!

100% recommend, we love our jazz and hip hop class, coach Liv is absolutely amazing with the kids, my daughter is 3yrs old and can get a little hyper and distracted, but coach Liv does amazing job getting her back on track and not taking away from the class. Also they can do a whole routine at the recital without a teacher!!

My daughter who is 10 , has been going to twist and flip in Cobleskill for 2 years .. She absolutely LOVES it.!!! She has learned a lot and has moved up levels. !!! Coach Danny is fabulous with the kids and they all adore her !! Coach Danny takes the time with each student to teach them the proper way so as not to injure themselves !! Wow is really all I can say! We just had our daughters 4th birthday party held here. Other facilities wouldn't even entertain speaking to us about parties unless we were a member, but Danielle reached back out to me within minutes of submitting an inquiry online. From the first phone call to address my questions, until we finished up the party and were heading home, Danielle was nothing but amazing. We paid for the gold package and asked for a Bluey theme. I expected a couple Bluey tablecloths and maybe some plates, but we walked into a Bluey wonderland. Mylar and latex balloons, banners, plates, napkins, cupcakes...literally everything was Bluey theme. It was perfect! When it came time for the activities both Danielle and Jenna were on point with accommodating kids from age 3 all the way to age 9. The activity courses and games were great and the second there was a sense of bordem they switched things up and off the kids went onto something else. When it came time for food and cupcakes Danielle was right there offering to do everything so I could relax. The pizza was good, and the kids absolutely loved the cupcakes (she even called to ask what color frosting I would like before she ordered them!)
We can't wait to go back and start taking some classes here. This was such an incredible experience, and we cannot thank Danielle enough!

We love twist n flip. My daughter started at the Rotterdam location 6 years ago and has been at the Cobleskill location for the last almost 2 years. Great experience with all of the coaches. My son loves going with his sister to the parents night out events too! Highly recommend either location.
