Got an email from management a week ago that they were suddenly closing for "renovations". Today they have a sign on the door stating they owe 1.1 million in rent and that they must vacate immediately. Owner not answering emails, still charging my card, and no way to cancel as you have to go through the gym itself. Seems like the owner took his money and ran.

I must say that my first impression of the place was pretty good. I am not a member yet, but after visiting, I am considering the membership. The gym is very spacious, clean, and not too crowded.

I’ve been going to this gym for around 7 months now. Despite never seeing nor meeting the owner. The employees are incredibly nice and welcoming. Another plus is that unlike planet pizza, these guys don’t kick you out for powerlifting or anything of the sort. If you are looking for a small gym with everything you need this is the right place. However, they happen to close whenever they feel like it which makes it quite unpredictable, it’s a real problem. along with the staff not wearing their masks despite putting up a sign to wear yours.

I have been going to this gym for the past six months. My experience has been fantastic. This is my favorite gym. I attend 5 classes a week. All the coaches of the classes are great. Each coach does a fantastic job of running a class that gives you a great workout. The classes really improve strength , cardio fitness and functional movements. The times are convenient. There are a wide array of classes. My favorite coaches are Greg, Jacob and Zach. If you are looking classes that will challenge you and get you in great shape - this is the gym for you !!

I love this place, by far my favorite of any gym I have belonged to . It is the most clean and equipped with the best which is super important. The staff is great the encouragement they give you is a step above and they offer great classes. Best part for a mom or family they have DAyCAre!

Honest opinion. This is coming from a guy that has tried every gym.
Amazing gym! Employees are super nice! Gym is super clean! Spacious! I started to build a home gym but ever since I found this gym I stopped buying equipment for my gym!
Oh and they play the BEST music! No need to bring your headphones!!
Only negative... Wished they closed at 11PM rather then 10PM. But it’s all good. Forces me to get there early and get home at a reasonable time!

We are a family of 4 my two daughters are learning jujitsu and kickboxing my wife and I are taking boxing/kickboxing classes, love the gym coaches and staff everything is nice and clean most important my kids love it

This is one of the nicest gyms I have been to. Clean, modern, this facility beats s expectations. You can find almost anything here . Come and work out for your Spartan race with qualified trainers and dedicated staff! Corner with boxing, free weights , octagon cage , this gym has it all! The staff is helpful and attentive !
I will come back! Imagine this , I drove more than an hour to come here from Queens and I tell you this " it was worth it!"

My wife joined this gym a few months ago. Since then the entire staff has changed and nobody that works there now has a clue what they are doing. My wife went in last night and asked a question about the wifi. No one could help her. The only person who did was a young kid who tried his best ( I wish she remembered his name). He helped her for 10 mins and finally was willing to give her his phone. The owner should have more kids like this working there. They need to get there act together and hire a staff that is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. For the price they charge for this gym don't waste your money!! Hopefully they'll get their act together.

Nice facility, however the staff was not very professional. One of their employees, a woman hung up on me when I called to ask about ufc gym in Stamford since it’s the same manager. That gym has been closed for 3 weeks now with no updates! Contact the members of the gym and let them know what’s going on and until you do stop taking our money !!
