IF YOUR SERIOUS ABOUT BODYBUILDING, THIS PLACE HAS WHAT YOU NEED. Oldschool equipment galore WITH a new section full of newer stuff if thats what your into(why would you be, old stuffs better). Basketball court, clean gym, far more serious environment than planet fitness. I can't see any reason why you'd go anywhere else unless your "intimidated"(this place is not intimidating, there's a dungeon in the basement for people like that though)

If you are looking for a massive gym with non corporate vibes, this is the place. Clean, tons of equipment and space, and owners who are present each day. This place is truly a hidden gem. I'd rather pay more money here then go to planet fitness and places like that. This place buries those.

One of the best gyms around . If it was closer I'd join. But I'll get a day pass when I'm looking to get a really good lift in. The dungeon is a good perk too.

I absolutely love this gym and its owners ! The woman’s room is my favorite. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Truly a hometown gym feel but with the space and amenities of a big city gym!

They have good equipment but the staffs is very rude. I have gone four or five times now and every time I go the staff is rude to me and my friends. The basketball court is more like a ice skating rink, plus a day pass is $7 and a membership is 35 a month. When me and my friends go to ball we bring around 10 people and pay $70+. Over priced under maintained facilities and a rude staff is just outrageous.
I fell that I pay to much for the chance to hurt my self and get yelled at by the staff for paying to use the space. Now there is a older guy there (who names I can’t remember) who is very professional, who explains the instructions he wish you to fallow and is over all a great guy. But he alone can’t save this place the rest of the staff are just plain unprofessional. The court is a hazard and the work out equipment is not much more then Planet fitness. So save your money and pay $10 a month at PF.

A refurbished elementary school in the heart of Lockport. Clean, beautifully renovated. Lots of equipment and classes to choose from. Several classrooms located upstairs along with a yoga studio and massage therapist. Well worth the membership.

Ive trained at dozens of gyms and this is my favorite! Training rooms for every fitness goal. From womens only room to my favorite, the dungeon in the basement. Chalk, platforms and rubber plates! Git some!!
