The training my son did with Master B. (vinny Bellantoni) was priceless. I think it gave him over the last 8-9 years a better sense of direction, confidence, and direction.
A child is like a sponge, and their environment is important. My son learned from many sources, but I know he enjoyed the friendships he still has today with both boys and girls.

Master B and the compassionate, talented instructors took me from a nerdy noodle with no martial arts ability, all the way to soon to be 2nd-degree blackbelt and instructor. Taekwondo has changed my life, and UMAC Ardsley is the place that did it. This is a dojang with real martial arts values and high-quality experience teaching the littlest learners up to adult Olympic-style sparring.

My nephew attends class with Master Bellantoni and loves the training he gets as well as the interaction with other students. I've seen growth in maturity and discipline as a result of the great training he receives. He has a great time and is learning valuable skills from one of the best in the area!! Highly recommend!

If you have a child with special needs I do not recommend this place. Prior to me signing up my son I informed them my son has ADHD and is also on the spectrum I was told it will not be a problem.Then after his second session I receive an email stating the class is not a fit for him that he is trying hard but is not in the same pace as others, as well that he needed redirection mind you my son is 7yrs old. It’s unfortunate they set such high standards they recommended he try a private class now how I can tell my son you do better on a private class instead of being with other kids.On top the instructor tells me but we’re currently not offering private classes. Very disappointing they should show a little more compassion for kids with special needs.
Kidding me now my son was a danger?? What a disgraceful place this is. How dare you my child would never hurt anyone. What you’re doing is discriminating against my child. All he did was give it his best it was his first time ever trying martial arts. This place is a disgrace I will make sure to pass the word around!

We love UMAC Ardsley! Our daughter loves taking lessons from Master B! She gets so excited for class! Everyone on staff is courteous and professional! They have wonderful patience with kids in class and really help them grow as individuals in class and as well as outside of the school! They teach them more than just the moves but also about respect! Can not say enough good things about this place!

Amazing dojang. Master is an outstanding person who truly cares about the students he teaches. Keeps children engaged and having fun while learning important lessons about respect, confidence, and self-defense. Professional and friendly staff, too! The best taekwondo place around.
