It was recommended I take a self defense class to learn how to stand up for myself. I was terrified and it turns out to be the best thing Iβve ever done. Jamy believes in me.
I feel supported, more confident and the strongest i have EVER BEEN and Iβm 50 years old! He and Krystal are the perfect team. They live what they teach and inspire me everyday. Jamy has the unique ability to push me to my limits and at the same time show compassion and support. Extremely knowledgeable and a true role model. The people at uMUVfit are so supportive, caring and welcomed me from the start. Itβs an incredible place to grow and become the best version of yourself.

So I am 57 and have never worked out since graduating from High School. My cousin talked me into trying the gym out for a free trial and I signed up after my first group-workout. They are not just a gym, they are a family that truly cares about your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This gym and the owners have transformed my life and I am so grateful. I truly needed something like this and although Jamy works us hard, we know he loves us and is simply concerned that we succeed.

I have been attending the group fitness for a few years and not only will you get fit but you will be part of a great circle of friends. They will motivate you to excel and will be there when you are down. I've always hated working out but working with this group is just fun! Every week is a new workout that will keep you guessing. Everything can be modified so it doesn't matter if you have been going to the gym for years or it is day 1 for you. Definitely recommend trying it out!

If you want a place that makes you feel like you can achieve anything, this is your place.
Jamy and Krystal are amazing. The best part is you feel like you belong. The community of members is hands down the best. You feel welcomed no matter if it's your 1st time there or you have been coming for a while. I can't say enough about the difference this place has made in my life. The group fitness classes are excellent! No matter what fitness level you are at they will adjust the workout to fit you so that its challenging. They also work great to teach you how to prevent injuries while working out. Try it out, you wont be disappointed

Great experience! You will be challenged, but you will be able to do a variant of any workouts you can't do that fits your unique skill level. The coaching I received throughout the workout was personal, helpful, and understandable.
There is great equipment available at the facility too, not many places with a rock climbing wall!
I will definitely be back!

I have been going to uMUVfit for a couple of months now and love it! The group workout is great! Jamy is very good at working around injuries and he makes sure we never target the same area of the body on back to back days. His workouts are challenging but rewarding. Being that I am signed up for the group workout, we do Yoga once a week with Kristal to help those of us with limited flexibility. She does an excellent job guiding us through the different postures. Their philosophy on health is spot on and they really take care of their clients without being judgmental. If you are reading this, I highly recommend you stop in for a class to experience it for yourself!

I have been training at uMUVfit since shortly after they opened. Jamy knows how to push you to your limits, and provide the accountability that's needed in order help reach your goals. The facility is great, with an assortment of equipment and classes. I have seen great results in strength, stamina, as well as weight loss.
