USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.

If I could give more than 5 starts- I would. We had our 6 year old’s school class birthday party here (18 kids). The owner and two staff members were absolutely incredible. A very well structured party and they were so great and interactive with the kids. This has to be the cleanest facility I’ve ever seen too. Not a spot of dirt anywhere. It was a great set up with the gymnasium on one side, and the other side had the party area with 360 windows for the parents to hang out in while the kids had a blast doing the courses. Couldn’t recommend this more!!

I signed my daughter up to help her with her anxiety and it has been more than worth it! The instructors are so kind and patient and worked through everything at my daughters pace. This is the kind of place that builds kids up! I recommend it to everyone!

My daughter has been going here since March. Things that she would never try before (monkey bars/rings) she destroyed with confidence that she never had! Melissa, the owner, is a fantastic person. I always look forward to running into her. All of the staff are absolutely wonderful with the kids. We have attended a couple of birthdays and some camps, and they are always very well run. The course is changed up weekly so the kids always have a new skill to work on. They are constantly moving during the hour long class.

I just had my son’s 10th birthday party at USA Ninja Challenge in East Rochester. It was hands down the best overall experience for a birthday party we’ve ever had. We had never been here before, so I don’t know what to expect. The place is new and kind of hidden, but please don’t hesitate to book here!
Unlike other birthday party venues where you share space with other parties and people, here you get the entire place to yourself for the party!! They had table cloths and a birthday banner (or you can bring your own decorations). They had two coaches assigned to our party to guide the kids into warming up, games, and free play. Everyone had a blast! The owner even came at the end to thank us for being there.
I brought cupcakes and drinks and had a pizza delivered. It was low stress and so fun for the kids and parents.
Please consider this venue for a party or to take one of their ninja classes. It was so clean and nice!! We will definitely be back!

My 4 year old has been coming to the 4-5 year old class for over a month and absolutely loves it. The instructors are wonderful. The facility is really nice and equipped with all new obstacle course equipment. Every Wednesday he’s super excited that it’s a “Ninja class” day. The kids run around for 50 minutes doing different obstacle challenges with the instructors overseeing them and offering assistance when needed. There’s never a dull moment and they leave happy (and tired!). The owner is very responsive on email and often onsite to answer any questions. I highly recommend this class for both boys and girls.

Ideal Ninja fun that we have been looking for - our 2nd grader is totally enamored and we will be coming regularly. Lots of interaction, great pedagogy to the activities - super friendly instructors. Very well done.
The children receive about 60 minutes of guided, nearly-non-stop physical activity with kind instructors - this place is awesome.

We recently celebrated our child's birthday at USA Ninja Challenge Rochester, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed and delighted.
First and foremost, Melissa, the owner, deserves immense praise for her outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our party was seamless and memorable. Her passion for creating an enjoyable experience for children and families truly shines through.
What truly stood out was the impeccable organization of the party. Melissa and her team took care of everything, from setting up the decorations to coordinating the activities, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration alongside our child. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making the day special for everyone involved.
If you're looking for a unique and exciting venue for your child's birthday party or simply want to experience the thrill of ninja obstacles yourself, look no further than USA Ninja Challenge. You won't be disappointed!

genuinely uneducational with a fabricated training system used merely as cash grab. Nothing more than an overpriced playground with zero redeeming qualities.

My daughter and I stopped in their first day open to check out the gym, as it is close to our house. We mentioned that my kids train at the Warrior Factory, and Melissa and her staff openly welcomed us. We plan on utilizing this gym for our daughter once they have open gym hours. They honestly did not care that we train at Warrior Factory and were incredibly open and friendly to us.

This location is outstanding! Melissa is the owner and clearly her and the other instructors know what they are doing. The Ninja Team schedules classes based off age. From there, they are off and running. The class is FUN too!
Generally, each class is:
15-minute warm-up and stretch
15-minute Circuit 1 (e.g. Vert wall, trust fall, rock wall, sprint)
15-minute Circuit 2 (e.g. Inverted ladder, rings, roll, rope swing, cargo net, slack line)
5-minute Capstone Activity
5-minute Cool down
They have a parent fishbowl room where you can watch your kids doing the whole class. The instructors are engaged and give constant positive feedback to push each kid to be and do their best.
10 out of 10 would recommend.
