Since 2017, the USC Gymnastics and Baseball Training Facility has been a premier destination for athletic development and batting cages in Riverdale/Yonkers area. USC offers specialized classes in gymnastics and baseball, along with an engaging after-school program - providing a fun and supportive environment. Our batting cages offer pitching tunnels, dedicated spaces for open practice, & 3 iron mike pitching tunnels. USC has available an After School Program for local school area, Birthday Parties, Tumbling & Open Gym.

I recently celebrated my 2-year-old's birthday at U.S.C. Gymnastics, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the booking process to the event itself, everything was super easy and seamless. Deena and her staff were fantastic, making sure every detail was taken care of from A to Z. I would highly recommend U.S.C. Gymnastics to anyone looking to host their child's birthday party!

Great cages but not a good staff never open when it says it open kids run the place .website says open on Thursday to 8 staff closed it at 645 . Can never get someone on the phone to rent a cage . It seems like they don't want to make money .

USC I would say is good overall for student who are capable. However I frowned upon this business due to not being able to accommodate special needs. At spotlight gymnastics at least they helped with special needs. Due to COVID the facility is able to allow you watch on a screen which is better than most programs. However This program does not accommodate special needs at all. My daughter who is 4 tried it out for the first time at this location. When going she had a rough time. Due to staff not knowing what to do or just attempting to speak to me as a mom, they did not know at first she was special needs. She had one counselor and then they switched her counselor again which cause her to have a hard time with transitions. Most special needs it is important for them to have extracurricular activities if I'm going pay almost $600 at least help out. They offered no refund they only want to do mommy and me for special needs which isn't good because it doesn't cater to all ages. ANY FACITILITY OR PROGRAM THAT DISCRIMINATES OR DOESNT ACCODMODATE SPECIAL NEEDS should not be glorified. Every child deserves a chance.

Very good for my twin granddaughters, teaches them gymnastics and some basic exercises. Teachers are very good in working with them. Believe me i know it can be challenging to get twins to concentrate at four years old. Thank you so much USC Gymnastics.

They sent out an email saying that they were switching facilities and they would open the new facility the week of May 17, 2018. I called the day before and their number is disconnected, I sent them an email and no response. I also went to the address of the so called new facility and nothing. My daughter still had 2 gymnastics sessions left. This was very poorly done and so unprofessional.

SO I CALLED A DAY BEFORE DOUBLE CHECKING IF THIS PLACE WOULD OPEN THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID YES THEY WOULD BE OPEN. BUT WHEN MY TEAM AND I CAME THEY WERE NOT OPEN. WE CALLED IN LEAVING MULTIPLE VOICE MAILS AND THEY DISREGARDED OUR CALLS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!

My experience was not positive. The coach mocked my six year old three times in one session, although it was only his second lesson. This was after I expressed to him a few days prior that my child needs encouragement because he is hard on himself. When I addressed this with a manager who claimed to be the "owner, " I was met with opposition. Completely unprofessional staff. This is not a nurturing environment parents! Your children deserve better!

When it was my first time they reached how to do a cartwheel and now I know how to do a round off,a handstand off the wall and a Handstand to a bridge but only with a spotter but without anyone on grass and I'm coming back this year!!!!😍🏃🏽♀️

I went to gymnastics here and is was amazing! The coaches and trainers are very supportive, yet don't they do not want to be detrimental to your training. I would recommend Uptown Sports Complex to anyone!
