The gym itself is great, but I moved out of the area and have been trying to cancel my membership for weeks now. The phone number listed is out of service, and they have been completely unresponsive to my emails and Facebook messages. Had a family member go to the gym to tell them I am trying to cancel and the staff there was unable to help him, saying the owner who is only in the gym sporadically needs to handle it.

Has all the equipment you would need, simple, equipments are minimally old, but operate the same, feels like a modern gym, has live entertainment, provides lockers and such, 10/10

I needed somewhere to train while in Valley Stream for Christmas. Valley fitness is an old school gym with a friendly staff. It has everything you would need to get a good workout in. The only thing I didn't like was the locker rooms are closed due to Covid.

Great Little gymyou can walk in 20 minutes 15 minutes before they're closing and they won't make you feel rushed . Could always ask questions get help and it's clean!

Been a member for a little over a month now and I am very happy here. Great pricing and plenty of good workout equipment. The people that go here don’t seem to judge beginners like me or show off. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Very, very, very simple place with no frills but a ton of good equipment and good people running the place. I was more than happy to drop my membership at retro fitness because valley fitness doesn't have fees that rack up with frivolous things. I went this morning for the first time and it was a great experience... I just worked out, wasn't bothered, and didn't feel like I was surrounded with juice heads.
