This yoga studio is absolutely wonderful. It’s clean and the form of heat is created by infrared panels, not forced heat, which allows me to better focus. James offers such a variety of poses and mediation, I feel rejuvenated after each class. Thank you James

This studio echoes the ambiance of peace upon entering. The lobby is equipped with changing rooms, cubbies, and reading materials. The studio is simply beautiful. I felt a positive energy just being in the space. James Cottone is a guru of many disciplines and the meditation and yoga classes I took gave testiment to his many talents. I would recommend this studio to anyone who seeks the flow of energy yoga and meditation brings to the body and soul. Namaste 🙏
