I have used personal trainers before. Victor is the only one who really explained what we were doing and why, paid attention to what I wanted to achieve, and really challenged me. I started my weight loss journey 9 months ago after meeting victor from the first day I knew he was the right fit for me. As soon as we started the sessions we began to put in the hard work!
