I had a session with Victoria and I’m still amazed at how wonderful I feel afterwards. During our time together she guided me with such professionalism, warmth, and care that I felt completely at ease. What impressed me most was how naturally she created an atmosphere where I could both relax and focus at the same time.

I am doing my regular private sessions twice a week. Victoria’s Pilates class is my favorite in NYC. She Her sessions are thoughtfully paced, a perfect mix of strengthening and stretching. It was my therapy honestly.

She is not only a certified pilates instructor who will analyze most of your problems by simply looking at your posture and will work tirelessly to help you achieve your desired result, she is a healer of the soul. I can write volumes on how knowledgeable and professional she is in what she does, but I will succinctly say that I never felt better after leaving her room. She untrapped my energy, restored my balance, and corrected my posture while explaining how muscle tissues are connected and are affected by your daily life activities. At the end of the session, we even discussed my diet, and she was very helpful in providing suggestions on what exactly I needed to change to achieve my best form.
