Really wonderful place. For years I hoped an open gym would open in the Elmwood village. They have everything you could ever need and it’s an ideal location.

I messaged via instagram about getting a giftcard for my dad as I no longer live in the area but knew he would love the cold plunge/sauna. The staff answered so quickly and were so kind in helping me get a digital giftcard sent to him. He just went for his appt and said he loved it and will be back! Can't wait to try it out next time im in Buffalo. Thanks again!

I was in town on a work trip and booked a Sauna/Cold Plunge at VPC. The facilities and staff (Madeline) were EXCELLENT! After an hour of hot and cold contrast, I feel like a new man. I’ll be back!

I think this was recently bought and renovated by the owners of Rock Pile Cross-fit who are an awesome bunch. The Village Performance Center (VPC) location seems to function as a smaller gym that can be accessed via key card. $40/month for full gym access with on-site showers, a full sauna and cold plunge, and a full range of racks, kettlebells and cardio stuff, so covers the bases for my workouts pretty handily. Hours make it easy to get in before work or later in the evening. I've also used the FullSwing golf simulator (gotta book it separately) a ton, which is super nice and usually has a few available slots open throughout the day.

Overall, if you’re looking for a new gym with some awesome bells & whistles at a pretty low cost then I would highly recommend VPC.

Such a great facility! Clean, well-equipped, and friendly but professional staff. Loved the sauna, cold tub and group fitness classes. Will be back for simulator golf!!
