If you are looking for a holistic lifestyle of body and mind, this is the website for you. They offer classes in Chinese ancient exercises (for all levels), Yoga, Reiki, or being one with Mother earth. I was looking for a Reiki master who had many years of experience and a respect for her practice. Erin turned out to be more than I ever expected. I am very blessed to experience what she has to offer and would recommend her to anyone who has an open mind.

Our son took Kung Fu with Nick for several years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s so wise, calm, and encouraging with kids of all ages and played a formational part of our son’s upbringing and developing sense of self. Highly recommend any work with Nick and Erin!!!

When I was in my early 50s, I decided to take a college yoga class. Erin Hancock was my teacher. Through yoga, she taught me to listen to my body as I learned movements that have brought so much healing to my body over the years.
When Erin moved from Oregon to New York, she continued her yoga classes online for all of us who would miss her so much. I’m thankful that I can still feel like I’m in class with her with just a click on her website.
Erin is an expert and skilled in so many areas…using this knowledge to meet each of her student’s needs … always willing to take time to seek out answers to whatever her students ask of her. She is a caring & giving spirit and I’m very thankful to have her as my yoga teacher and friend.

I had the pleasure of taking Erin's Yoga Teacher Training class and I highly recommend as she is a teacher with passion and who walks the walk. Despite taking yoga for years, I was very uneducated in the actual teachings and practice of yoga. I came from a "physical" aspect so it was wonderful to learn the philosophy of yoga and to see an overall transformation to my own practice. I was able to develop a much deeper relationship with the practice and the philosophy that I strive to embody in my daily life. Erin, is a wonderful teacher and has so much passion for her yoga "craft", very supportive and compassionate, as I took this course during one of the hardest times of my life. Her compassion and support gave me the space and encouragement to complete the training, I could not be more thankful! I highly recommend her and when the time is right I will be pursuing my additional training with her.

My husband and I have been coming to Nick's Tai Chi classes for almost 2 years now. We have noticed improved balance, flexibility, confidence, and an overall sense of well-being. Nick always provides a clear explanation of the movements and gives personalized attention to each student no matter what level you are at. Having trained in tae kwon do for over 20 years, it was becoming very apparent that it wasn’t something I could sustain at the level I wanted to be at as I aged not so gracefully .I’d always been interested in Tai Chi and when Nicks class became available, I checked it out. I’ve been training with Nick for a little over a year now.I have to say it’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Both physically and mentally.
Although it looks fairly easy from the outside ,it definitely is not .The amount of muscle/body control and mental clarity it takes is surprising. Make no mistake, Tai Chi is a formidable martial art. Or it can be a healthy routine if that’s what you want to get from it.
Nick is a great teacher and person, you can tell he is truly committed to his arts and loves passing on his knowledge and experience.
I hope to continue training with him for a long time.

Talk about a family thats talks the talk and walks the walk. I started my work with Erin 18 months ago. I've had reiki sessions, yoga classes, received my Reiki Level 1 & 2 as her student, attended her healing circles, and am now in her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. I can't get enough, she has rocked my world. Ever since my first session with her at the Intentional Feminine Retreat, I've felt so held and seen. She is able to get to the root of what needs to be healed and acknowledged and offers wise next steps. As a teacher, she's energetic, fun, and you can tell she's living her purpose. She's so passionate and knowledgeable; great at expanding our minds and keeping us focused. In her sessions and courses, she is able to adapt to her audience and meet her students or clients where they are at. I couldn't ask for a better teacher and friend. Thank You Erin! ❤️

I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and I can honestly say Erin is one of my favorite teachers. She has a very calm, soothing manner and is incredibly knowledgeable about the anatomy. She is able to offer modifications which make her classes accessable to all.
Being able to join Balance and Harmony's on line classes has been a silver lining during this difficult time of the Covid virus. I highly recommend this studio!

I am Julie, Jeff's wife, and I am writing this review. I take as many as 4 yoga classes a week from Erin. She is an EXCELLENT instructor!! She has classes for all levels from beginner to advanced. Erin's main focus is always mobility to help us age as gracefully and safely as possible. For example, knowing how to safely get up from the floor and strengthening and working on flexibility of the muscles needed. Erin makes sure we are adequately warmed up before we start strenuous exercises/poses and we stretch afterwards, too. She has very creative routines and each week we concentrate on a different area of the body. Erin is also very good at explaining variations of poses to accommodate cranky knees, hips, shoulders, etc. She genuinely cares and takes good care of her many students.
