Cool, small studio with a lot of natural light. It gets busy so book well in advance. My favourite classes are with Renata Skobo - she will give you a few different options to choose your level of challenge. I always have moments of loud huffing and puffing - she knows how to get your muscles to shake!

I had been looking for a studio to get my body moving after years of not being able to work out at all, since the very first time I walked in, felt welcome and found in every instructor the best guide to learn and navigate in the amazing pilates world… they’ve been patient in teaching and helping me improve postures and all… a month has passed and I already feel stronger and looking forward in continuing in this path… I love this place!

I love Wick! I started going because of proximity to work, but fell in love with how frequent pilates made my body feel.

Becca’s class was the perfect intro, she was so thorough and really eased me into pilates (which can feel intimidating)! 2 years into going to Wick I am finally dipping my toe into Georgias classes which kick my butt in the best way.

I love the variation in teachers and challenge level, and class length + times are super manageable. Jump board is also SUCH fun offering for when you want to switch things up. I generally choose 1 or 2 teachers that I like at other workout studios, but I genuinely have such a good time in so many teachers classes at Wick! The best feeling!

The space is beautiful and peaceful, always feels clean and minimal in the best way.

Thank you Wick for bringing me back to movement + making it so fun!

As someone who works in the wellness space and is constantly on the lookout for local, community-driven gems, I can confidently say that Wick Pilates is something truly special. I’m a huge proponent of supporting local businesses, and this studio exemplifies everything I love about small, intentional spaces that prioritize connection and care.

The physical space itself is stunning—open, bright, and thoughtfully designed. There’s a gorgeous skylight that fills the room with natural light, and the abundance of plants makes it feel alive and grounding. There’s something about the environment that just wakes you up in the best way.

The energy at Wick is warm and welcoming, and the instructors are genuinely some of the kindest I’ve encountered. I’ve been taking Becca Jane’s Thursday noon class, and her approach to group fitness is incredibly refreshing. She has a beautiful way of making every individual in the room feel seen, offering personalized modifications that make the practice feel both safe and challenging. As a yoga teacher myself, I love coming to her class not just for a great workout, but as a reminder of how impactful it is to lead with kindness.

Overall, I’m a huge, huge fan of this studio. It’s the kind of place you want to bring all your friends to—then grab a glass of wine down the street and rave about how good you feel. Wick Pilates is more than a workout space; it’s a little sanctuary where community, movement, and care come together effortlessly! <3

I love wick! I started going 6 months ago for mat classes with Jess and Becca. The reformer used to intimidate me but I got the confidence to finally try it and I love it. The reformer classes with Lo are awesome! Lo creates such a positive and welcoming environment. Also the studio is gorgeous, the sky light and disco ball are my favorite elements.

Wick Pilates was my intro to Pilates and I absolutely love the space and instructors. It took me a few months to get a hang of the reformer equipment but it's now turned into a consistent practice and I feel much stronger when I'm running or doing anything physical. I particularly enjoy Georgia, Becca Jane's, and DJ rocks classes. < 3

I love this place! It's always clean and the instructors are great. I usually take note of instructors who have more challenging (Chayenne and Amanda are my favorite) classes in comparison to others, but they're all worth taking! My only complaint (not worth taking off a star)- I'd be more inclined to buy a membership if there was a 6 am class and consistent 8 pm classes during the week. Without those, I'll unfortunately remain a loyal drop in client.

I love Wick!!! This is the warmest, most supportive pilates studio I have ever been to. I have seen real growth in my personal practice since regularly attending classes as of January, and now I know many familiar friendly faces at the studio. Each instructor has their own distinct class vibe and I have yet to take one I didn't love. If you live off the L train there is literally no excuse not to drop in for a class. Sunlight, plants, & judgement-free zone - could not recommend Wick more!!!

Loveeeee this Pilates studio. I recently decided to try out different studios in NYC & I think this is the one I’ll be sticking with. The instructors are sooo sweet & patient. It doesn’t feel like a bootcamp but the workout is still INTENSE. I don’t think I’ve ever sweat that much & I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week for 2 years now LOL!

This is such a wholesome studio with skilled and attentive teachers. I have come close to booking a private countless times (currently unemployed so as soon as I get that new job Ill be booking). Each teacher teaches entirely differently and classes are offered in easy to catch windows throughout the day and week. The space is also beautiful. I have had classes that have totally burnt me to my edge and others that have stretched me to a newfound awareness of my body. I'll be sad when my newbie pass ends.

I would highly recommend Wick to anyone who is new or experienced to Pilates!

This place is a gem. It's the perfect blend of vibes, sweat, and serious core work. In my first class, I got my a$$ wicked–probably the only time I’ve ever thanked someone for making my abs cry. Just went through a break-up and I'm working on my revenge body...revenge has never left me so sore.
The vibe is Pilates in a plant-filled loft, with plenty of light and a laid-back energy. The instructors are kind and supportive. Just what you need to make it through a reformer class, with just the right amount of masochistic love. It’s like the studio is trying to turn every local into a mindful pretzel—my spine has never been so grateful!

And for anyone on the fence, know that this studio feels like it's part of the community and so will you. Whether you’re on the mat or the reformer, you’re in for a wick-ed good time. I’ll be back—and my abs are bracing themselves. Thanks for being an accomplice in making my ex jealous.

Wick Pilates is the best! I started coming here a few years ago when I needed a class to keep me accountable for exercising. It was my first experience with Pilates, and the instructors couldn’t have been more helpful! Flash forward, I am now an avid Pilates person and even did Pilates during and after pregnancy with their pre-natal and post-partum class. To top it off, the space is beautiful - private yet bright and airy - and the music is always on point.

There aren’t enough wonderful things to say about Wick Pilates. I’ve been to the studio plenty of times, and I leave every class feeling centered, strong, and supported—both mentally and physically. It always feels intimidating to try a new fitness studio or class at first, but every instructor at Wick truly makes you feel confident and capable, regardless of your experience level.

The vibe is incredibly welcoming, and classes always offer modifications so that all fitness levels can feel supported. Not to mention, this sunny, airy studio is *beautiful* — there’s tons of plants, a disco ball, and a skylight. (One time it rained during class and the rain pitter-pattering on the skylight combined with the class’s calming yet challenging vibe was more soothing than words can describe.) The studio is always incredibly clean, too, with nice lights, great equipment, and good upbeat-but-chill music.

Each instructor brings their own unique strengths and approach to class, but you truly cannot go wrong with any of them. (I usually take classes with Amanda, Ciara, or Lo and they’re all great.) No one class is alike, either, so you’ll always experience something new and engaging. I always look forward to coming to Wick and I highly, highly recommend giving them a try. 🫶

What prompted my first visit to Wick was me feeling incredibly lonely and like I had no one to turn to. After a day of wallowing in self pity, I dusted myself off and booked a private session at Wick. You see, Pilates has been on my list of things to try for years now, but I was always too intimidated. However, I decided that no one will ever pick me out of this funk but myself, so I headed to my private session on a Sunday in early August, and I’ve been obsessed ever since. The welcoming support that I instantly felt when I walked into the beautiful airy natural light filled studio made me realize that Wick was the place for me. I try to go to at least two reformer group classes a week, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my mental, emotional and physical health. I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes with Cheyenne, Amanda, Sophie and Mad, and they’ve all made me feel incredibly comfortable and capable. My favorite thing about Wick is that it doesn’t feel even remotely intimidating. Not only the instructors, but my fellow classmates are all so chill and down to earth. This studio has honestly changed things for me, and definitely for the better. Wick Pilates has been the kind of community I’ve been searching for all along. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I so much enjoy this Pilate studio. First, it is such a beautiful sunny space with plants around, it doesn't have the still, workout air that most exercise environment have. I got the introduction package try classes with almost every teachers and different times and on different days. I always feel supported and welcome and the workout are so distinctly varied every time. After completing a class, it feels like I just finished a therapy session, I'm so pump up for the rest of my day. I've been taking pilates classes at another studio 3-4 times a week for the last two years, but this was my first time trying reformer. Unfortunately I left feeling underwhelmed by my experience here. The instructor seemed to be running late at the beginning of class. I found their teaching style to be very low energy and not welcoming in the way I would've appreciated as a first-timer to the studio. If I wasn't already familiar with pilates, I think the class would've been intimidating and confusing.

I enjoyed using the reformer machines but found myself under-challenged—although that may just have come down to the class/instructor I booked with. The space was beautiful but to me the class did not match the value I'd expect for its cost.

I ❤️ Wick! I treated myself to a pack of privates and couldn’t be happier to have found this little corner of Bushwick. I was on the fence about trying reformer, as I’ve always struggled with flexibility and felt like I lacked athleticism due to my scoliosis. Not only were the instructors so supportive and knowledgeable, I’ve never felt more aware of my body and its own strength after practicing reformer. This is the first exercise where I truly feel like I’m doing something for my mental health, and I even quit my gym membership so I could join Wick classes more regularly (though it’s also helped me improve my strength training!). Mad, Georgia, and Brooke are all wonderful, funny, and insightful teachers. If you’re a little nervous but want to give it a try, I’d highly recommend investing in a private or two and just trusting the process. 🫶

I highly recommend coming to this studio if you are hoping to introduce pilates to your life. A couple of months ago I bought the "newbie class pack" which is 10 classes (+ a free first class) and now I'm buying my next class package because I am hooked. The package is really worth it when you factor in the high standard of instructors you are getting. The way that they explain and communicate pilates is the best that I've found. I always feel great after. The classes I've attended ranged from 4-10 people which I consider a good size and the community is full of really nice people. The studio is bright and clean and calm. It's a great workout in a lovely space and I look forward to my next class every week.

This may sound cheesy, but this studio literally changed my life. I have a rare chronic illness that causes inflammation and pain in my muscles. It has been such a long journey to figure out how to best treat it, surgeries once a year that didn’t really work. It was so hard to find a type of exercise that I could do that didn’t aggravate my pain. Pilates is it! I started going consistently at Wick, and now after 3 months I can happily say for the first time in my life I don’t need surgery or medicine. I feel healthy and strong enough on my own. My chronic pain has improved SO much just by doing Pilates. It really feels like a miracle.

I am so grateful to this studio, and cannot speak more highly of it. All the teachers there are amazing and knowledgeable, giving care to their clients and offering modifications. The ambiance in the studio is so peaceful with the skylight, big windows and plants. I can’t recommend this studio enough, especially for anyone with chronic illness/pain or disabilities. For able folks, it’s also just a great exercise that helps you feel stronger without making you feel like you got beat up the next day.

Thank you to everyone at Wick 🙏🏻 I am so grateful to have found this place!

I started going to Wick Pilates about a month ago after being disenchanted with the local gym and had been looking for a fitness class that was open to all experience levels. Not only is the space itself open and serene, but the instructors are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I was very intimidated going into my first class having not worked out in a while, but I have seen such a diverse array of people and body types at each class I’ve been to! This studio is for everyBODY and is accommodating to all skill levels and if you are experiencing any injuries or pain in your body. I had done mat Pilates before but had never gotten the chance to work with the reformer and it is a must try!! I have done both reformer and mat + props classes with Georgia and Becca Jane, and at the start of every class they check in to see how we’re feeling and if there’s anything in particular we’d like to work on. It is a great workout, with great instructors, and it is so nice to say that I look forward to going to each and every class.

Wick pilates is an absolute delight! I’ve been taking group and private reformer classes for the last two months and I love it.

The past few years I’ve struggled with feet injuries and back pain, so I wasn’t able to really work out and was insanely craving a healthy way to move again. I did classic mat work growing up as a dancer, so my instinct was to look for reformer classes. This studio gave me exactly what I wanted and needed!

All the instructors are super nice and welcoming, and always ask if you need modifications for anything that feels off with your body. I thought that practice would be more common on private classes, but they are very attentive on group classes as well. I also wanted to stay local since I mostly work from home, so finding this beautiful and intimate space in Bushwick has been the icing on the cake.

Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Seriously, Sign up today! Talk about community and trainers that are welcoming of all different walks of life. Becca and Georgia are warm neighbors of the Bushwick community that you're happy to be giving money instead of some of these corporate structures.

My partner and I come from different athletic backgrounds; myself from rowing, volleyball, baseball (lower body sports) and my partner from ballet. Wick Pilates challenges us both differently for strengthening, increasing range of motion, isometric work and the daily dopamine rush.

We both appreciate Becca and Georgia's dedication to their practices and everyones own individual practices and encouragement around the fitness community! They're also flexible if you miss a class, so get out there already! The best progress is the progress you make starting today.

Georgia and Becca are absolute Pilates wizards. I have been working with them for about 3 years now and it has been amazing to see my body change and get stronger over time.
Both Georgia and Becca are incredibly knowledgable an easy to follow. Their classes are versatile, intense (in a very good way) and their different teaching styles complement each other very well. Every single time, I leave class feeling like I've learned something new about my body. Thank you, Georgia and Becca for keeping me healthy and sane all these years.

I’ve been working with Georgia for about 3 years now. She’s so knowledgeable about the body. She works me in new fun ways and every lesson is challenging and leaves me feeling stronger, longer and stretched out in all the good ways. If my muscles are tight and sore (mostly from wfh in an unsuitable chair...) she knows just the right exercises to work out the knots. Georgia’s classes are absolute therapy for me. (She’s also hilarious). So when she and Becca joined forces to create Wick Pilates, I was so excited! The zoom classes they offer are challenging and fun! To be honest, their workouts have kept me sane and in shape during these pandemic times. They are two absolute angels ❤️

These instructors are the sh*t. Becca and Georgia are dedicated, detail oriented instructors who guide their students through seamlessly designed, killer classes. Their focus on community invites in people of all body types, backgrounds and life-paths together in a safe space.

WICK classes facilitate a feeling of community connectivity- while also encouraging a connection to your own body. As a professional dancer, I have consulted doctors and specialist for years... YEARS looking for answers how to eliminate joint pain while also developing myself aim a creative and active lifestyle. Georgia and Becca have helped me to discover unknown pathways to pain-free joint movement which no doctor, physical therapist, or sport medicine specialist gave me.

Personally and professionally, I adore WICK Pilates. I would encourage anyone and everyone to give these classes a try.

Georgia is a legend and the one thing that has kept me sane over quarantine. I finish every session with her feeling like I've discovered new muscles that I didn't know existed. She will challenge you in a way you had no idea an instructor could, and you feel entirely worked out every time. Georgia's warm, hilarious, inventive, and will transform your body and your relationship to pilates. Seriously. I could go on and on, but the best way to find out is to spent 30 minutes with her. You'll see what I mean.

Pilates classes with both Becca and Georgia have helped me tremendously. I am made to feel comfortable to go at my own pace and I am challenged to work hard at the same time. Both instructors know and explain the how each exercise affects the body and this makes the workout even more effective. It also shows the rigor of their own pilates practice. I highly recommend Wick Pilates.
