Winvision is the best personal training spot in Buffalo! After years of going to trainers who don’t care and are uninterested in my training and my goals, I finally found the perfect place for me! Trainers Owen and Damian are very helpful and dedicated to making sure that I achieve my goals, they truly put the personal in personal training! I hated going to the gym because I didn’t know how to work out or which machines to use to reach my goals. They are amazing and very in tune to my needs

Damian was amazing to work out with! As a former college athlete it’s tough to get back into a schedule of working out and with Damian it was a breeze. He made sure I understood every workout and why I was doing it and how I should be feeling during and after. I would highly recommend working out with him it was an amazing experience and every workout I had with him was a reward and I never felt a second wasted. The facility was always extremely clean and ready to go as soon as I arrived for my workout. I have an extremely busy schedule and Damian was more than accommodating for me with late night sessions after everything I had to do or early morning workouts before work!

Completed a 6 week session with Damian! It was awesome! The gym is very clean and organized. The sessions themselves were an hour long each and it was perfect. They were challenging and I felt extremely accomplished after. He is super easy to talk to and learn from! I loved the flexibility in his schedule and with the work outs. He created specialized work outs for me and they changed as I got stronger. He also helped me outside of the gym- he helped me track my meals and offered advice at every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone especially as a woman it was very important to me that I felt comfortable at each session. He exceeded my expectations and by the end of six weeks I felt that there was noticeable difference in my strength and I saw changes on the scale!

If you are just at the gym picking things up and putting them down or just hanging out on cardio equipment with NO REAL direction then this is the perfect place to get on the right track. Coach Damian, & the staff will provide 100% attention to your goals and will get you where you want to be both physically and mentally. You may not need to be in every day but they will have you motivated daily and help you push through the plateaus.
