I've been working with him for coming up on two months now, and he's awesome. He strives to make the exercise fun and doesn't put any ego into the mix. He meets you where you are, and helps you build from there.

Greg is great! He tailors your workouts to meet your fitness levels knowing when to push you or scale back if needed. His gym is clean and bright. I love the one on one workouts as opposed to a public gym. Would definitely recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Every aspect fitness is covered. Greg makes me feel like I'm his only client and sets realistic goals with me (and we've been reaching them) and gives me nutritional guidance that I've been loving.
