I’ve been training at WNY Strength and Conditioning for over a year, and three months ago I swept gold at the 2025 USAW National Championships, setting all the national records for the 94kg U17 class—a result that the entire WNY S&C team was instrumental in bringing about.
Coach Titus and Coach Chris deliver expert programming and take the time to explain not just what to do, but the how and why behind every movement. They’re passionate teachers who will gladly share the knowledge they have. Dr. Albano and Mrs. Palmerton are equally committed, offering top-tier physical therapy and nutrition guidance to keep athletes performing at their best.

I came in with lifting experience but had never squatted or deadlifted out of fear of injury. After 10 months training with Chris and Steve, I’ve gained strength and mobility. The atmosphere is always positive, and I’m learning something new every week. Chris brings a holistic style, while Steve’s detailed approach balances it out perfectly. I feel better overall and am grateful to have found this gym. Thanks, guys!

Coach Steve has been great in teaching me about olympic lifts. I started out in person with him and learned the fundamentals, and now currently lift remotely where he communicates great and helps me continue improving my lifts. Aside from the culture you experience from WNY S&C, I haven’t missed much as I continue remotely.

The coaches at WNY Strength and Conditioning are passionate about what they do, and they really know their stuff. They also have an in-house physical therapist as well as a dietician.
It's a smaller gym and you get to know some of the people around you. Everyone wants to see each other succeed and that creates a very encouraging environment. I always felt like I was in good hands.
I very much enjoyed my time at WNY Strength and Conditioning and recommended it to anyone who's serious about getting healthier and feeling great.
