I highly recommend Wolf Brigade Gym. I started training at Wolf Brigade Gym in 2015 nearly 8 years ago. It has transformed me physically and mentally. They Trainers are AMAZING. I found Wolf Brigade gym by accident many years ago. The attention to detail, care and thought that go into the programming and environment are extraordinary.

Truly a master of his craft, owner Greg Walsh, puts everything into Wolf Brigade’s members.

I have never seen a place run as smoothly with such a mixed level group. All working to their own full ability and making progress whether its their first day or tenth year.

The environment is welcome to all, no one is excluded, and everyone helped to find their their true potential.

This place is not just a gym but a space to safely build each other up mentally, physically and emotionally.

People that seek growth will walk out the doors better every day they train.

Highly recommended, honestly its the only recommendation to give!

The only way I can explain my discovery of this gym is pure fate. I met Greg and his staff at an event called Summer Strong hosted by Sorinex. Greg presented to an audience of about 700 folks and pealed back the layers into training, his methodology, why it works, and how his life experiences helped shape Wolf Brigade. To say I was blown away would be an understatement. He and his staff were selfless and so giving of their knowledge and their time. They were willing to spend time and teach any and everybody with a thirst for wanting to get better. I can attest to this because I was one of the people wanting to soak up every ounce of what they were offering. Now, I must say that I am training remotely because live in a different state, but he treats me no different than a regular member and pours into me by setting THE standard. Strength is a demand. It's important. I'd also like to say that I have been in a training rut for years and the fact that our paths have crossed is beyond me. In the matter of a month, I'm already noticing the effects of well thought and beautifully written programming. It's not just movement or strength training, there's also training your BRAIN (the most important muscle we have). I am so thankful for this gym and this staff. Needless to say, if you're on the fence, GO. You will be accepted with open arms and pushed beyond anything you thought was possible as long as you are willing to show up and give it all you've got.

I have been training at Wolf Brigade now for just about a year, and I absolutely love it. I'm 38, female, and I don't think I have ever been stronger in my life. The changes I have seen in my physique, the improvements I have seen with my own muscle strength imbalances and the understanding I now have about stronger and more efficient movement are unbelievable. If you are looking to truly participate and improve your own fitness level,this is the place to do it. Greg and his staff are supportive, knowledgeable, creative, and just all around good people. They are there to help you make changes with form and technique which will improve exponentially.
You will not be bored. You will always be challenged.
Test your limits and push past them. Get better, get stronger, get faster. At the risk of sounding cliche, its all about the journey. And we all know that the good stuff, the really great stuff, never comes easy. With that, WB is here so that you don't always have to walk the journey alone.

Used to belong to Midtown but had lost motivation to simply lift weights or run on the treadmill every day. Heard about Wolf Brigade from some friends and have never looked back. As long as I can get to the gym I am guaranteed to have an amazing workout. Everyone here helps each other stay motivated without allowing injury or carelessness. My strength and endurance are higher than when I was in high school.
