Wolf Den Fitness is one of, if not the best personal training gym on Long Island. Richie González is a knowledgeable, personable, and amazing certified personal trainer. His energy is unmatched and he will get you to whatever goals you want to achieve. I’ve been going to Richie for almost a year now and I can truly say he has changed my physique completely and I love coming every week. One of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time is signing up with Richie and I highly recommend coming to the Wolf’s Den. 11 out of 10

Richie is by far one of the most motivating trainers I personally have ever had. So much so, I started bringing my sons there. Both baseball athletes. He works with them so well and they love him. He’s teaching them the right ways to workout as well as a mindset to have.

Richie's is one of the best trainers I know. I have been training with hin for 5 years or so and his efforts for making me fit is awesome and I owe him my success. The workouts are challenging but I have seen a big difference in my physique and strength. Richie is one of the best trainers out there. His workouts are very challenging and he really works with you to perfect your form and help you lift heavier. I’ve been training with Richie for almost 5 years now, and I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the group & personal one-on-one sessions as well! My fitness has increased noticeably, and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session.
