Our health is everything! Being able to maintain good health helps doing the things we value in life easier and more enjoyable. Workout Anywhere is everything I’ve been looking for in gaining my confidence and overall health back in my control. Workout Anywhere put my life back on track no matter how stressful life gets. I love the personal and very flexible class times and the goal oriented training. This is definitely a lifestyle change and being part of Workout Anywhere helps so much to get you motivated and being accountable.
My trainer is Petros and he was able to teach me that I could do things that I thought I would not be able to do. Just positive vibes all around. You won't be disappointed with Workout Anywhere.

Petros is the man. When I started training with Petros I had no idea how much fun it would be. He goes out of his way to make workouts fun and help you reach whatever your fitness goal is. He’s also easy going and kind. On top of this, he’s a genius. He knows so much about the body it’s astounding. I learn something new every single session I have with him. He never puts you through a workout he hasn’t done hundreds of times or done a much more challenging version of. He practices what he preaches. If you’re looking for a trainer, look no further because Petros has the knowledge, kindness, and competence that many look for.

Let’s start with Peter is an amazing Trainer.
I’m 49 years old, over weight, greatly out of shape with partial to no cartilage in both my knees.
My main focus was strength training. Also focusing more on inches then weight loss.
In the three months that I’ve been hard core with Peter (both virtual and in person) I’m finding that after each session I’m getting stronger. I’ve lost inches and my body is starting to resemble a figure. Most importantly my self esteem and confidence level have improved dramatically. Peter is extremely knowledgeable at his trade. He knows how to work with me and bring In different variations of exercise to compensate for my bad knees. He’s kind,caring,patient. He listens to you. He doesn’t scream at you and push you to the point where you could hurt yourself. He knows his clients well and knows the limits without causing injury. He knows you won’t succeed without hard work, but he also wants you to have the confidence enough to know you can do it. Don’t let the fear rule you!!
I highly recommend Peter. I honestly don’t know what I would do without him. He’s changed my life to a heather happier one.

I have been training virtually with Petros for around 6 months now. I have to say that choosing him to be my personal trainer was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. These past few months, my body has changed in drastic ways and I am feeling the best I ever have in my life. I feel so much stronger and everyday things have become easier. I have successfully lost over 20 pounds and am still currently on my weight loss journey today. I have to say that I couldn’t have done it without Petros. He makes sure to give you challenging workouts that are tailored specifically to you and your needs. He honestly listens to your feedback after each workout and I respect him for going that extra step to ensure you are moving towards your own goals, whatever they may look like for you. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he knows what he is talking about and that he is passionate about his work. He is always willing to demonstrate and explain the exercises and the reasons why they would be beneficial for you, and that really helps to remind me that all of the hard work I am putting in will be worth it. He acts as if he is your biggest fan and it really helps you on this type of physical and mental journey. It is comforting to have someone who is a constant and who is always pushing you to become the best version of yourself. He is a charming and personable person who makes for good company while you workout. He has a great personality and so it makes your sessions with him that much more enjoyable, it is like you are talking with a friend while you crush a workout. He communicates well with his clients and is pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. I am grateful for that because life can change in a minute and he understands that. He is a human, just like the rest of us, and he has a good heart. He genuinely cares for all of his clients and makes it a priority that we are getting the optimal experience possible and that, to me, speaks volumes.

Pete is a great trainer. He makes a custom plan for you depending on your goals and works with you to reach them. I personally have issues with my neck and back but didn't worry about getting hurt because of certain stretches that were put into my routine. If you're looking for a customized plan with great results I would have to recommend trying one of his workouts
