I am a Certified Personal Trainer based out of Brooklyn, New York who offers fun, safe and effective personal training for clients of all levels. I am passionate about fitness and love empowering people along their health and fitness journeys. Whether you are brand new to personal training or an experienced athlete looking to take it up a notch, I would love to help you hit your goals! I currently offer online remote programming and in-person sessions in Bushwick, Brooklyn!

Training with Xtina has truly been the best decision I made for myself this year! Christina is an absolute rockstar. She’s been my secret weapon in this postpartum chapter—equal parts coach, cheerleader, and miracle worker. She knows her stuff inside out, moves at the perfect pace, and somehow makes rebuilding my strength, balance, and body feel exciting instead of daunting. As a person who had never worked with a trainer before, my experience with Xtina has been a total game changer. She pushes me to achieve consistent progress in a way that is both empowering and fun. By continuously dropping knowledge on form and anatomy, she always ensures that I have the fundamentals down first so I can safely and mindfully progress. Through only a couple of months of training with her so far, I already feel better in my body than I ever have. I'm so excited to keep working through strength training programs with her!

I started taking Coach XTina’s morning HIIT class in July 2024, having never before taken a group fitness class and having never found a gym space where I felt comfortable. Tina remote programmed me and it’s worked out really well. I got detailed workout plan with instructions and video. Yet what was better is that she was available for any counseling or questions at any time. She was able to detail my program to my specific needs as well. I travel a lot and would like to workout in smaller hotel gyms and she was able to provide alternative exercises for me. She gave me tips on diet too! Tina is always available for any questions or needed motivation! I would highly recommend her remote plans or go to her classes!

Xtina is the best motivator/trainer that I’ve ever worked with, she really makes me feel twice as strong and that’s because she literally had me lifting twice the weight that I was used to after just a couple of sessions. And three times that in just a few weeks, I was seriously amazed with my self and feel like a superhero after every session. My beefed up boyfriend referred me to her (she works with him as well) after I was complaining about creepy gym encounters with male trainers who don’t listen or understand how to train a female. Xtina took the time to ask what I wanted and built a program to meet my personal goals. I walk away from every work out feeling confident, strong and accomplished rather than overexerted and injured. And she keeps it fun too. I always look forward to going back!!! Highly recommend!!!

Coming back to the gym after a long break, I sometimes get frustrated that my body isn’t yet able to do all of the powerful, explosive, fast things it used to. Xtina has designed an excellent program for me, focused on achievable short term goals and joyfully celebrates every PR, no matter how small.
