Buen ambiente y buen todo pero hay muchas máquinas descompuestas y solo dos caminadoras disponibles, hay señoras que van a hacer ejercicio y se pasan asta más de 2 horas en las máquinas no se me hace justo pero bueno hay que aprender a sobre llevar aún que no es fácil porque muchas de las veces por falta de maquinaria tenemos que esperar o retirarnos muchos de nosotros trabajamos y no podemos esperar y perder el tiempo, un cambio de máquinas sería excelente

Needs repair and more in the area of leg machines and please, fix that please fix that!. I asked the desk helper More than 3 months ago and they still haven't fixed it.
Please if the personnel don't fix the equipment don't register more people in the gym, it's small and there are already many and with the machines damaged, the waiting time is extended up to an hour and 30 min. The receptionist in the afternoon was very rude, the worst. With all do respect this gym is no good!!!!!
When I ask for paper towels to dry my hands the guy that was working the front took me to this machine that blows out air, I'm not going to be by the machine for 30mins to get dried. The gym is to tight !!!! By far the worst experience! Also the music, nothing but Spanish songs like if I was at a Spanish bar. The WORST!!!
Prices are to much for a cluttered gym!

I did a day pass and want to say these employees are doing great things. They are all nice, sweet, encouraging, and upbeat. I love the variety of equipment and atmosphere. This neighborhood has been on the news a lot but the gym is a safe haven from the outside. Wonderful place to work out!!

Dear Owner:
i have to bring this to you attention. That piece of equipment is for WORKOUT not to be used as a door stopper.
You need a Manager that can keep the Gym in good condition, that be willing to help customers not to give them attitude or excuses, and ensuring all equipment meets safety standards.

Besides that, some of the benches need a new covers, leg press is not working since a long time ago, some pads need to be replaces. Today was awful there's no AC.

I will appreciate if you personally be there to take care of this and replace your staff.

More than a month ago, I asked the receptionist nicely if they could fix the Leg Extension Machine and she replied me that they will no fix it because next day will be broken again. Must of the equipment is rusty, under the Dumbbells racks is always dirty, toilet smells very bad, you can't lock the lockers because they are broken. This week 2 cables are broken and they put a hand writing ad saying that the machine is Out of service. doors in the mens restroom are rusty. he receptionist asked me if I will renew my membership. Definitely, I will switch to Planet or Blink Fitness. Also, Manager never is there.

Nice place to work out, but the worker during the morning shifts (weekdays) has an attitude, you can not ask for anything because she always have an attitude unless you pay her for training. Laud music, you can not even listen your music on your headphones because she puts music so loud, and it’s not even a music you want to listen because it’s always bachata or merengue. She does not keep the place clean. She comes late ,her friend or family member “Ramon” is the one who covers her by opening the door when she’s late (sometime), and of course he gets the privileges to do whatever he wants at the gym and one of them to ask for his music in a loud volumen. We paid the membership for a year, we have been there for 4 month, but the music and her attitude made us stop coming to this place. And it’s not only me and my wife but a lot of plp that are not happy with this worker. If you are the owner and read this comment then make yourself a favor and change this worker otherwise you will lose a lot of your customers.

I really like this gym it’s got a good amount of machines for it’s size and even in its most busy hours I can still do my things in a timely manner unlike other gyms. The only thing I would say is if they added maybe 1 or 2 more adjustable benches then it would be the perfect gym in my eyes.

Three stars because this gym is great it has all the machines requirements. So I usually come in the morning where there less people which is great but the only problem in the morning is the music. The lady stuff ( Anny) plays horrible music like sad salsa songs which make us all tired and not continue with our workout. Also, the lady staff ( Anny) is really rude with the clients. Usually everyone in the morning was suffering about how hot it was my father went to tell Anny if she can turn on the AC but she completely ignore him and didn’t turn it on. The gym is great but the staff is really rude which make us all upset .
