I have worked with Coach Xavier for the past 77 days and working one-on-one with him has made ALL the difference in the world for me. Coach X has been on this journey WITH me, supporting me every day, providing encouragement, setting up my workouts and meal plans, and getting me on the supplements I needed to be successful. His guidance, support, sense of humor, and commitment to me has been instrumental in my success. At 61, 40 to 50 lbs overweight at 223 lbs, and staring into my third 30 of life. I knew that I had to make some changes - and commit to it! I wanted a structured program that included workout routines and a nutrition component to complement the workouts. I've tried both, separately, with limited success.
I connected with Xavier Beckford. Working with Xavier is a commitment - time, money, and effort, to the workouts and the meal plans. I made that commitment in the program, Xavier made a commitment to me. I've worked the process for 3 months - working out 5 days a week, and shopping and cooking to the meal plan. I've pretty much kept to schedule. It's not been easy - I expected a challenge, but Xavier has been an outstanding coach and mentor throughout, and keeping me on track.
I'm reaching the end of the 3-month mentored portion, but I have gained incredible knowledge in both working out and feeding myself. Both are required in order to achieve the results, but it's worth the effort.
Today, I feel stronger physically, I feel stronger mentally, my pants don't fit too well (in a good way), and as of today - Day 79, I have lost 21 lbs.
I wanted to see results - check, and I wanted to learn, adopt new habits, and alter my lifestyle so I could continue the journey on my own - check. This is just the beginning!
Xavier and I have made that happen.

I have been working with Xavier for over 5 months. He is a great coach; motivating and great with communication. I have been working out on my own for many years but never able to get the weight off, actually seemed to put more on. We sat down and determined it wasn't my working out that I needed to work on as much as my nutrition. We started a nutrition plan and a workout plan. This changes up each month. He encouraged me to keep pictures and measurements because I was so focused on the scale. When I have questions about food or an exercise he is extremely knowledgeable and so willing to help. He works outside of "office hours" and is always prompt to answer when I have questions.
In the 5 months we have worked together, I have lost over 50", that is 4.6 FEET of body, and 20 lbs. I am so glad I chose to work with Xavier and have never once had any regrets.

I have been working with Xavier for 6 weeks now. I started my journey at 198 lbs with a goal weight of 165 lbs. I have lost 15 lbs in these past 6 weeks. The meals and workouts are easy to follow and leave me feeling energized. X has motivated and inspired me to set goals beyond just weight loss. His positive attitude to any situation is refreshing and helps keep me on track. I would and do recommend his coaching and services to others. Awesome fitness training. I highly recommend Xavier as a personal trainer because I was skeptical at first because am a beginner at doing weight exercises but Xavier educated me on how to do them, what you should be eating and the exercises you should be doing out of gym. One of my biggest concerns was flexibility with my schedule which he accommodated easily.

I thought I was fit because I was skinny until I interacted with Xavier. He told me that being skinny doesn't equal being in shape. He taught me that it was important to have personal body goals no matter how I look. His sharing and communication about maintaining good health really got me to get to train. His jokes make it seem easier than it really is, but its not easy.
In addition to fitness training he also provides a diet plan to maintain the good health.
It's motivating to work with him because he's a living example of what he teaches. So passionate about his work. He listens to no excuse, when it's time to work out, better get the pump.FiredUp. It's been a good journey.
Would 100% recommend him for anyone who wants to get fit.

Xavier is by far the best trainer I have ever had! Not only is he very professional during the training sessions, he also makes himself available for follow up questions/ concerns. I’ve had limited professional trainers in the past, but no one as knowledgeable and supportive as Xavier. Very professional trainer and passionate about his work. I’ll admit, I was taken aback by certain things but hey man, you got to do what you got to do to get healthy. I was concerned only about aesthetics but now I’ve taken attention to health as well (lol) since coming here so that’s good. I feel more energized since training. He will check on your food AND exercise which is way better than most personal trainers at gyms who don’t care what you eat and make you use the elliptical for your hour session. ✨

I heard of Xavier through a client of mine . We were talking and fitness came up in the conversation . I was expressing how badly I wanted a trainer and not just “any trainer” but someone who can hold my hand throughout the entire process , down to what I’m eating etc and most of all a trainer that loves what they do ... she assured me he was THE ONE . So I said okay . She gave me his contact I contacted him on the spot , we spoke briefly about the goals I wanted to achieve & just through that small conversation I felt I was in the right hands . He asked all the right questions etc & for all the questions I had he gave the right answers . Long story short (😩) I started working out with him pretty much right away . He’s very professional , very organized , personality & character is very welcoming . His spirits are always up . Always smiling , laughing ,(oh yeah he’s funny as hell lol) last but not least he’s very passionate about his craft. Through conversation I’ve learned he’s been doing it for 17 years. He pushes you & cares about your goals maybe more than u lol. His work space is clean & very intimate . I feel like no matter your goal HES THE ONE . (Beginner or not)I recommend him x10. Fast fwwd , it’s been a month now , I go to him 3x a week & I feel a huge difference . I’m working out , I’m eating better and feeling better . If I could give 100 stars I would , but they only let us do 5.

I have been training with Xtreme Fitness on and off for over 5 years. I sometimes am very combative and give him a hard time when the training gets too "challenging". I argue with him and complain about the pressure but he always maintains his composure and professionalism and stick to his planned program. I like that he's in sync with his clients, monitors their eating and workout habits which makes the results evident. I was ripped!! Even though I argue, I always stick to the program he designed for me as that's the only way to achieve your desired goal(s). I have had several trainers in my life, as I have been working out from a tween and only two trainers have ever provided exceptional results and Xavier is one. Whatever your fitness goals are, whether to gain, lose, build or maintain, Xavier is your guy. I would recommend Xavier to anyone who want ACTUAL RESULTS. Xavier, you da best!! Thanks for everything.

Usually when you find a fitness trainer you would expect that they’re passionate about exercise and that they are actually focused on being a fitness trainer. I thought the same and I signed up with Blink. I signed up mainly for a personal trainer however after the first session it was clear my trainer wasn't what I was looking for. Firstly, she had a 9-5 job and was expecting me to fit the hours i meet her around her connivence. Secondly there was no diet adjustments or anything which was concerning to me because abs are a priority for me and I heard Abs are made in the Kitchen. So that one day I had with that trainer was the one free personal training session they give all Blink members. After I got home right before I was about to buy an 8 session pack, I got on google to look for any personal training studio near me and found Xtreme FT. After I met Xavier(the trainer) I realized he was passionate about fitness, like training was his job and also he helps with lifestyle changes(diet, sleep and also mindset) that will not only help you get what you want but MAINTAIN what you want. If you need the push to the right direction this is the place.

I trained with Xavier for over two years. From the start he was energetic, friendly, and motivating. He responds right away and takes the time to answer your questions. He always keep workouts challenging and incorporated something new to the mix. Xavier gets to know his clients and modifies routines accordingly. I was at my strongest and felt at my best while training with him. He also tracked my meals and offered me feedback on food options.
