This yoga studio provides an opportunity to be held and supportive in poses that allow for healing! i have been there several times and each time the instructor provides individual modifications and is very attentive to each yogi in the class! The poses are amazing! This yoga is really for every body!!!!!!

Svaroopa yoga is an amazing practice to find complete relaxation and relieve stress and tension. Every time I finish a class, I feel so much more relaxed and ready to tackle anything that comes my way with an open heart. Lynda has such a calming voice and really walks you through each pose. In person classes are great, and I've been doing Zoom classes more often as I am out of town and those have been wonderful also! It's perfect for when you are unable to leave your house or want to tune in while out of state. For some classes, I end up falling asleep and realize that's what I really needed.
If you are looking to add a new style of yoga to your practice with some meditation and full body relaxation, I highly recommend Yoga for Every Body! If you are new to yoga and not sure you can handle tricky poses, this is the perfect introduction for you. If you are in pain and seeking relief from that tension, give these classes a try. All of the instructors will teach you poses to target your tight spots and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how effective they are.

I have been going here for years. All of the instructors are very welcoming and caring individuals. I love this style of yoga. They use blankets and blocks to support you while you are in various poses so your muscles can slowly release into the pose. Great yoga for anyone. Fantastic for back injuries and other types of injuries. It also does wonders for anxiety. I highly recommend them.
