Yoga Bhoga is a cozy studio located in the Little Lakes region of NY. We offer classes 4 days of the week in Hemlock just a short distance from Hemlock and Canadice lakes. Visitors to the area can stop in for a class before or after hiking or paddling the beautiful Finger Lakes. Locals come enjoy weekly classes that inspire and support your yoga practice. A free community class on Saturday mornings is open to all. Join us for a deep breath, a calm mind, a relaxed body and a smiling face.

Audrey’s yoga classes consistently deliver both very good instruction and helpful coaching for how to incorporate yoga into your daily life. Her studio is welcoming and comfortable. Her classes for “mature” students, with diverse body types, have been most helpful.

I love going to Audrey's "Badass Old Lady Training" classes at Rochester Parkour. It is a small group experience with educational components that help with understanding and improving my mobility, flexibility and strength. The last portion of the class involves moving through a designed-by-Audrey Parkour flow* based on the class lessons which is not only rewarding, but a lot of fun!
*Flow represents the ability of a practitioner to seamlessly string together individual parkour techniques and maneuvers, maintaining momentum and efficiency as they navigate their environment.

I have taken classes from Audrey since 2007. She’s a kind instructor who meets you where you are and helps you move gently towards better physical health and emotional wellbeing. I have taken both yoga classes and bad ass old lady training. Highly recommend!!!

Audrey is an amazing teacher and advocate for yoga. She lives it every day in her approach to all that she does. That is, she doesn't just practice yoga, she lives it. I have taken several different yoga classes in the past, starting in the 1970's, but never one nearly as compassionate and as instructive as Yoga Bhoga! I would recommend it to anyone, no matter what their skill level or stage in life. It's so wonderful that she is right here in little Hemlock!

I have been attending Audrey’s classes for over a year now with not much Yoga experience before that. She does a great job explaining with use of a skeleton the bones of the body and how to keep them properly aligned. Thru her classes I’ve learned to be more aware of my skeleton/muscles and how to put them to best use in everyday life. I can stand longer and am more comfortable when I do also walking I’m more at ease. Can’t go wrong with her classes and you be rewarded.

Excellent yoga teacher for the experienced or the beginner yoga student! Audrey was trained in the BKS Iyengar tradition and has years of experience working with all levels of students. What will this mean to you as a student? She can adapt the yoga pose to the specific person. This is very important, especially for beginners. She has an accurate eye and can identify issues that most teachers would not even notice by observing students in practice during class. You will not get lost in class, and will definitely feel that you are making progress in your practice. I feel lucky that she is willing to be a guest teacher occasionally at our yoga studio.
