I have never been to a place before that makes me want to do yoga almost everyday. The classes are small and it varies every time. Yoga La Vie is an epitome of everything that I want from this practice. Jin and her team will lead you towards mindfulness, calmness, and serenity that you'll achieve from yoga. Plus it's definitely a good workout too!

Amazing. Personalized. Creative movements and poses tailored for the individualized classes. The small studio forces the classes to be maxed at 6 people. Love the teachers and love practicing here... you will too!

Yoga la Vie is the best! It is a small, intimate studio where you get hands-on instruction from Jin- who really cares about your progress and practice. I have been coming for over a year now and am continuing even though I am pregnant! Jin makes it possible for me to safely modify my practice to stay strong and limber throughout this new phase. I can't wait for class tonight!

I'm extremely happy with my experience thus far at Yoga La Vie. Jin is the best teacher and she's super dedicated to her students. Not only is this a great place to spice up your yoga skills but a great place to learn about the power of getting to truly know your body. The classes have also impacted my emotional state and I feel a lot more relaxed and relieved than before. I will definitely keep coming!

Jin is a wonderful yoga teacher. It had been a long time since I did yoga and she has modified many moves for me due to my bad knee. I appreciate the small, intimate classes. What's also cool is that each class is different, depending on the levels of the attendees.

Yoga is therapeutic and can heal medically as well as spiritually. Dealt with a misdiagnosed physical ailment for over two and half years and ultimately found it was likely fascial related. Proper yoga does wonders and I am almost back to doing muy thai again! Jin is a patient teacher and active listener and I would recommend anyone looking for physical or spiritual healing to give her a try.

I am really happy I found Yoga La Vie. Everyone in the studio is so friendly and welcoming, and the small private classes create the best environment for practicing yoga with others. I have taken different yoga classes for awhile and have improved my yoga practice and learned new postures with Yoga La Vie. I also gained a lot of benefit through small discussions before class and a focus on meditation throughout the practice that the teachers facilitate, this has been something new that I was able to add to my practice and was a welcomed relief after work :) I would recommend this studio to anyone that wants to explore more of the benefits of yoga. It is great for both experienced and beginner levels to improve their practice and feel great!

I found this studio and within 2-3 sessions I found a place to practice yoga with warmth and acceptance. The staff is friendly and they are truly there to help you with your practice. My body and my mind already feel different! A gem!
