When i travel i always try to catch a yoga class or workshop here. Yoga there is truly accessible to all. If you are used to Power Vinyasa this will feel more restorative or yin-like. Workshops are really great- I have done energy workshop, sound bath, and friday night guided meditation- highly recommend them.

This is a gem of a place. The Wallkill River runs right behind it and you can hear the water right from the windows. It's so calming and peaceful and for those who are energy sensitive you can feel the river moving energy right through the studio. It's very unique in that way. I have attended some really wonderful events, classes, and fairs here. They always have great things going on. It's worth checking their calendar!

The studio is wonderfully calm!
The river runs right next to the studio which makes for beautiful sound when the windows are open!
I’ve been to numerous workshops at the studio, but I recently took my first yoga class! Jane does a wonderful and beginner friendly class! She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable to come back!

Love it here! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. You can literally hear the beautiful Wallkill River while attending a class. A true place of respite right in the historical Village of Montgomery! Highly recommend!

The space is small, beautiful, and in a quiet area adjacent to the river. Although you might get a 'modern' twist such as music, the teachers respect the sacred practices of Yoga and their intentions on sharing their knowledge and experiences are sincere. The few asana classes I've attended have been lovely. There's no pressure here to have the latest Yoga fashions or show off in any way. Monthly meditation is wonderful- and it enhanced a good portion of my pregnancy.
