Yoga Parkside Foundation exists to promote and champion health equity and wellness for all in Buffalo, NY. By offering welcoming spaces that promote safety through trauma-informed care and practices, we are working to address the social determinants of health for Buffalo folks, with a priority for BIPOC and New American communities.
From ages 8 weeks and up, we have Baby/Toddler/Yoga for the Young Child, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, and a varied general class schedule for the complete beginner to the experienced practitioner. Various workshops and specialized series offered regularly.
Come join our caring community - striving to be a welcoming place for all to experience the full healing benefits of a yogic approach to life and well being.

We have been here during vacation. We did a drop in gentle flow with Sorren. It was totally great. We had a warm welcome and felt comfortable. There a mats, blocks and blankets. It was a perfect start in the day and opportunity to refresh. Thank you so much from Germany.

Iβve been taking classes here for about a month specifically the yin yoga class. The facility is clean class size is small and the room is inviting. Staff is friendly and pricing is reasonable. There is plenty of off street parking and itβs in a very safe neighborhood. They do have props available but i always suggest bring your own mat! If youβre looking to try something new or ease your way into yoga I recomendable yoga park side.

I have been going to Yoga Parkside for five years and canβt say enough wonderful things about what an awesome space it has been. Yoga Parkside helped me stay grounded while I worked my way through a PhD program. It was a space for me during pregnancy, post-partum and beyond. I have gone to Yoga classes in many different states of mind and found a gentle and supportive environment. I love YPβs commitment to community and social justice, and have been invited to give input in meaningful ways. The range of teachers, class times, and class options make it accessible to a wide range of schedules and interests. The studios are beautiful and peaceful as well, and I am excited to attend future outdoor and livestreaming events.

I enjoy the atmosphere that Yoga Parkside involves. It is calm, understanding and fun! I get nervous going to places to exercise and Yoga Parkside doesn't make me feel that way at all!

Yoga Parkside is such a welcoming place with very low key vibes. The Baby and Me classes are a safe space for moms to feel big feels, and a great place to make connections. The staff is beyond kind and very knowledgeable about so much more than just yoga...health, wellness and so much more. Love it here!

I have been to many local studios and this one is my favorite. I love the vibe and the variety of classes and i have loved all the instructors. It's affordable and close to home too. I also love that they provide mats and other supplies. Highly recommend!

Megan is the best yoga instructor in Buffalo. I've tried a lot of other studios and instructors, and the way she brings a true understanding and passion for her craft. She is so extremely educated on the body and kinetics of it, which helps ensure you are practicing poses properly to avoid injury. She always provides modifications for various levels, and keeps her classes fresh. She tailors each class to whatever the group would like - which is incredible. She's such a natural she can just create a class on the fly. She is truly a yogi who lives the yogi life. My favorite thing about Megan though, is how she weaves intentions and beautiful sentiments into her classes. It makes my practice so much more meaningful and connected as a mind / body experience. I just feel like the best version of myself when I can practice with Meg.
