Just left my first class and I’ve never sweat so much in my life!! Ashley at the front desk was so welcoming. She made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. She walked me through the place and showed me where everything was!! Stephanie the instructor was great too I sweat so much in her class!! She was so great at leading that halfway through I thought I couldn’t keep going but she pushed me to reach my potential!! She even made it clear that I could do modified poses if it became too difficult for me!! I will definitely be going there again!!

I’ve been to many different yoga studios and this one is great. Some yoga studios make the room too hot but Spark doesn’t. Its just right, great teachers, Enjoy!
