I can’t say enough great things about Yorktown Fitness. I started training with them at just 8 weeks postpartum, feeling tired, overwhelmed, and unsure of what I was capable of. Rob and Stef changed everything for me.
They make strength training and conditioning, something that used to feel completely overwhelming, not overwhelming at all. They explain everything, guide you through each movement, and make you feel confident and capable. Their one-on-one attention and genuine care make all the difference.
They push me outside my comfort zone in the best way, always keeping me accountable and encouraging me to work harder even on days I walk in ready to do the bare minimum. My body has changed dramatically since I started, and I truly attribute it all to their guidance.
Rob and Stef are a fantastic duo, and Yorktown Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and postpartum journey. Highly, highly recommend!

I have been a member for several years. It is much more than just a gym. Yorktown Fitness is an incredible community of people who support each other to be healthy and achieve their goals. Workouts are tailored to your specific needs and the staff even guides you on nutrition and supplements. Being part of this community has not only changed my body but changed my mindset in other areas of my life. Additionally, they always make working out fun and have such a positive spirit that is contagious. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars they would absolutely get it.

These past few months, my weight loss journey turned out to a physical change but most importantly my mental health changed for the better. At the beginning of the journey I only thought that the number on the scale meant something but it is definitely part of something bigger.
At first, my mental health was sinking with negative thoughts and low self esteem and comparing myself to other people. But, then once I started working out with Krista and Rob I knew that I was in good hands because they truly want the best for you. Stef is also extremely helpful and she always makes sure that you are happy. She is very outgoing and always has a smile on her face.
Fast forward a few weeks into working out and I lost some weight but more importantly I gained some confidence back and I am making healthier decisions with eating.
During this process I learned that it is long and you need to have patience to see results. The biggest thing I learned while working out at this gym is
that all of the staff truly care about you and they will help you no matter what fitness level you are at.
I am forever grateful that I joined the level up family !! You guys truly helped me in ways that I didn’t think I would capable of and I am so thankful for that!!

I don't think words can express how truly grateful I am for discovering this gem in Yorktown a few years ago. It’s a place where I feel supported, challenged, and accepted on every level you can imagine! Rob and Stef are incredibly invested in every single one of their members in the most genuine way. Krista is so incredibly knowledgeable, down to earth, and the kind of person you want training you! Their programming is top notch, can’t recommend them enough!

For anyone considering a trainer or a gym, look no further than Rob and Level Up! He is simply wonderful to work with. His attention to detail, to your goals, to how you body moves sets him apart. He noticed my ankles need more mobility today; My Ankles!! So now I'm working on that too. The place is so clean, he challenges me with each work out and we also laugh while he kicks my butt. What could be better?! Go try it. I guarantee you'll love it.

I used to think that gyms and personal trainers were intimidating, but working with Rob has never made me feel that way (I have been working with him for almost 4 years now). He is very good at providing cues to ensure proper technique to avoid injury regardless of your skill level. He's also great at modifying workouts when necessary. He genuinely cares about his clients and strives to help you meet your goals. He is truly dedicated to his profession and is more than qualified for the job. I would recommend his gym to anybody--beginner to expert!

I dont see rob regularly but come to him time to time for critiques and corrections in my calisthenics. Rob Is motivating and doesnt let you get away with excuses. Would recommend to anyone looking for more knowledge, motivation and a great environment and community to stay motivated at.

Rob’s been great working with our 12 year old over the past three months. He’s been flexible with training schedules and has used some great exercises to improve core strength and agility. Our son looks forward to each of his one-on-one sessions in which Rob knows just how much to push for results without overdoing it. Despite the short time we have clearly seen improvement while at the same time we appreciate that Rob stresses proper form and technique. He has been easy for a young boy to relate to...even attending one of his weekend lacrosse tournament games. We like working with Rob and we like what we see from our son - we look forward to continued “Leveling Up!”

A friend recommended Rob to me. I was working out daily and starving myself with very little results. I go to Rob three times a week and eat a normal amount of food. I now have very noticeable results. He is very motivating and patient with me even when I throw myself on the floor because I’m tired. I’ve been to gyms where the employees make fun of people working out. I think if people are trying to better themselves you should just mind your business. I also think some people must have been raised with different morals. Rob would never do that. He is not just a good trainer but he’s a good man. My only regret is not calling him sooner. The best investment anyone can make is in themselves. Love yourself 💗
