The people are very nice and friendly. Serious about their workouts. Quite a few professional body builders attend this gym. The owners are Great people! Quiet neighborhood, a safe / clean environment inside and out and ample parking. They also have nutritional services available and curtailed to your specific body's needs. Check them out !!!

Former endurance athlete but got fat quickly after a few years of not racing and something needed to be done. Never lifted a weight in my life until March 2025. Gym environments can feel intimidating for people like me who aren't "built." I work at UNC Charlotte half the week during fall and spring semesters and was looking for a gym away from my main home when I found 24-7 Total Fitness. Freddie and Kim were great from day 1, and I've had positive experiences with all the members I've encountered - I no longer feel awkward asking for a spot! I whole heartedly recommend 24 7 Total Fitness if you're looking for a clean, friendly, and welcoming family-like atmosphere. :)

Has everything you need! I did a drop in while visiting family over the holidays (great price for a day pass!) they have A cardio section, multiple cable machines, and enough weigh machines that you don't have to wait for. The best part was that the owner, Freddie, demonstrated true Christian values of care and kindness that they advertise this gym to be based on. Can't wait to come back again! 🤗

Awesome gym!
Kim and Freddy are great, super knowledgeable and always willing to help. This gym is equipped with all of the weights and machines you could ever want and setup for all types of training styles. The flexibility of this gym being open 24 hrs a day is a huge benefit as well.

This is a nice family owned gym, the owner is a professional bodybuilder and has been his dream of owning a gym. Being family owned the equipment is second-hand and a little beatup but for the most part all the equipment is working properly which is better than most gyms. This place is a little on the expensive for the short term memberships but if you go for the longer ones its very affordable.

What they don’t tell you,let me break down the fees they say $1.00 enrollment fee that’s a lie they charge $20 card fee plus the $19 first month plus the $1.00 enrollment fee so $40 do today and $19 a month and a month later you get charge with $39 for the yearly fee and for all those hidden fees I didn’t joint it I hate sneaky business

Wife and I joined a few weeks back, and are loving it. Of all the gyms we visited in the Concord area, this one is the best; they have all the equipment and free weights you need to accomish whatever goals you have in mind. The owners are very friendly and approachable too. Will recommend to anyone in the Concord area for sure.
