I really enjoy training at 9Round. Trainers do a good job holding pads and helping the members during workouts. The facility is kept clean and the equipment is always arranged orderly for the members to use.

How can I describe my love for 9Round Huntersville? I first started at a location in my old city (which I also loved) and was thrilled to find a spot when I moved here. Having absolutely no prior knowledge of boxing, martial arts, etc, I originally gave it a try because I heard it was a tremendous workout, and also because kicking and punching things is fun. Two years later, I'm almost decent at it and my arms haven't looked this good in years. A 30 minute workout with no set class times that welcomes people of all fitness levels and has a fresh new workout every day. More than that, I found gym buddies and coaches that helped make my cross county move less lonely and I look forward to seeing them every morning. A+, 10/10, no notes. Come join us!

This is a kick butt gym!!! Super intense 30 minutes! They are always changing things up and thinking out of the box. Maria and all the trainers are awesome. Probably one of the top gyms in Huntersville. I recommend it to anyone in the Huntersville area. You will not be disappointed.

9 Round Huntersville offers a fantastic workout in a short amount of time. Every workout is different but equally as challenging. My goal is to burn 500 calories per workout within the 30 minutes and so far I have achieved this goal thanks to the motivated and knowledgeable training team. By the end of 2019 I would like to have shed 40 pounds of extra weight and so far I have lost 8 pounds in the first month. I am well on my way to accomplishing my goal and have 9 Round Huntersville to thank.

This is a new location for 9 Round kickboxing and it's absolutely fantastic, especially the trainers. I went in for the 'free' workout and was humbled, very quickly, about how hard and great of a workout it is. It's nine 3-minute rounds that change at each station and each day.

Pros:
- Super convenient (no class start times, you start at the next 3 minute buzzer)
- 30 minutes, you're in, you're out, you're exhausted
- Fantastic staff and other gym go-ers
- You learn the basics of kickboxing (how to throw punches, use a speed bag, etc)
- HIGH personal attention
- You feel unstoppable when you walk out of the gym

Cons:
- You will have to launder your clothes after each workout, you sweat that much.
- They close for an hour or two during the middle of the day to clean up your sweat.
- You will have to buy new clothes from the weight you lose.
- You will be sore and tired the next day (in a good way).
- If you're going more than 4 times per week, you're not giving it all you have in the 30 minutes.

And how did I hear about 9 Round? Saw it while walking out of Duck Donuts one morning.

I love my trips to 9round. The staff is amazing and give you a challenge every work out. They are motivating and just genuinely great people. It you want a quick, all around workout that works your whole body with cardio built in, give it a shot. You also get to punch and kick and get a little frustration out as an added bonus.
