Ronnie was amazing! We had him teach a yoga class at our beach house for a girls weekend and it was one of our favorite parts of the weekend! We had planned on a beach yoga session, but weather did not comply so we shifted it to the outdoor deck. He was very accomodating, friendly and I will definitely be attending more of their classes in the future!

Visited this little Island this past weekend and participated in a yoga class on the beach lead by Mr. Ronnie Weinstein. I am a seasoned yogi and certified teacher. This was my first beach yoga class and I could not have been more impressed. Mr. Weinstein's queues and knowledge of yogic philosophy was on point. Enjoyed this practice immensely and recommend this class for anyone -- beginners and advanced can benefit from this instructor. Highly recommended!

I've being going to yoga classes here for years. I love the teaching style and the energy from Beverly and Ronnie. Sunday beach yoga (in season) is my favorite but Tuesday night classes are a WORKOUT! Love this place. Love the people. Would recommend it and frequently do to anyone and everyone!

Our whole family was in town for Christmas and Ron put on an additional class for us. It was just what we needed after days of Holiday food, drink and travel. We are so spoiled by our home town yoga studio and try yoga everywhere we travel. Ron was fantastic, knowledgable, mindful and so accommodating. This was by far our best out of town yoga experience ever! Namaste!

A welcoming, calm, safe space with great classes led by knowledgeable, supportive, intuitive teachers. They know what they’re doing, and exactly how to communicate what it is you need to know - and do - in order to benefit from the practice of yoga. As a newcomer to yoga, I had no idea what to expect from these classes. No exaggeration, I have been blown away. Gentle, Restorative, Yin and Hatha classes here with Beverly have been nothing short of transformative for me. She’s a gem. So grateful to have found her and Ageless Yoga.

I do 3 classes a week and love them all.
There is no better way to start your week than with Sunday yoga on the beach. It takes your yoga practice to a whole different level. The waves, the ocean breeze, the sounds of the gulls.....amazing.

I have taken two Vinyasa classes at Ageless Yoga, one in 2015 and one in 2016, and they were both fantastic! The instructor each time was Ronnie. His knowledge, careful adjustments and positive energy make him a wonderful yogi. I look forward to going back in 2017! FYI - if you book your class in advance, online, the cost is just $10.

Went to a few classes at this studio while on vacation for the week. They just moved into a larger studio and it is lovely. The instructors are very kind and attentive to your alignment and wellbeing. If you live in the area or are visiting the area for vacation, definitely stop in for some classes. The ones I took while there were suitable for anyone.
