The workouts are varied and challenging all taking into account my knee replacements. Summer is a wonderful coach with a delightful personality. The small group environment (1-6) allows everyone to get focused attention. I have noticed great improvement in my strength very quickly. Well worth it.

Just finished two months working out with Alloy. (Gained three pounds of muscle!) What a great experience in my fitness journey. Summer did an amazing job figuring out much to push me but also being mindful my physical limitations. (Bad back, wrists) She does a great job keeping each class fresh and fun which isn't easy to do when repeating 6 times a day! And as someone who taught classes in a different variety I know how easy it be to go to robot mood. Highly recommended. Come to get strong and make great connections with the coaches and classmates.

Alloy Training is the highlight, 3 days of the week for me! My happy place. Tracy and Summer are truly the best. They both bring, light, love, patience, accountability and FUN to every session.

A great place to train - staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they keep you challenged, wherever you are personally at and they switch things up for injuries etc… very encouraging and supportive and is sorta fun even… and no mirrors! Yay! They also have metrics that they run monthly on you with a machine, so you can see your muscle mass/fat ratios shift over time. Give ‘em a try!

I would highly recommend Alloy Training to anyone looking to get into the best shape they can be in. The one hour small group training classes of between 3-6 people are just the right size to feel that you are getting individual attention . My instructor , Summer, is fantastic at finding everyone’s strengths and weaknesses and creating exercises that utilize those traits. She watches everyone’s form and technique and makes sure that they are being done correctly to get the most out of each exercise. I have been to 4-5 different training groups over the last several years, and I can honestly say without a doubt that Alloy Training is by the far the best training I have ever received!!! Highly recommend for both men and women.

Joining Alloy was one of the best things I've ever done to improve my overall health and fitness. Tracy, Summer and Gage are all so welcoming and encouraging, especially to someone who used to cringe at the thought of personal training. Each workout is unique and they modify exercises to accommodate for any physical issues you may be experiencing. I also love the feeling of community they help build by introducing all the people in each session. Traci and her team have created a warm and welcoming environment and meet people where they are. The equipment is new and well organized, and the space is spotless. The workouts vary in difficulty and complexity depending on the individual. The members are a mix in age and ability and are all very friendly and fun to be around. I highly recommend.

Wow, this is the best personal training I've ever had. Summer and Tracy are the nicest people. The workouts are fun yet challenging, and just right for me. I'm actually enjoying the small groups better than one on one personal training, and find the small groups keep me motivated to show up and work harder. Summer does an amazing job, always keeping an eye on correct form and adjusting weights up and down as necessary, or offering an alternative exercise to meet my abilities. Alloy-stronger together!!

I have been going to Alloy now for 1 month and I am feeling and moving better than I was a month ago. I have back issues and they design my exercises to strengthen my back but not put a strain on it. The exercises are geared for your overall body and so you get a full body workout. I am a senior citizen and do not want my latter years confined to a chair or a bed. So if you are looking for a place to exercise and need help doing it, then Alloy is who you are looking for. The staff is excellent and it is also fun. I look forward to my classes each week and I didn't think I would ever say that.

Having not worked out in over a year I was looking for direction and something that would be personalized to my skill and ability.
