About the Club

Dedicated application of the STOTT PILATES methodology to help men and women of all ages to optimize strength and flexibility regardless of age or athletic background. Pilates sessions are private personalized programming with integration of Reformer, Spine Corrector, and Pilates props to align, strengthen, balance and optimize muscle balance.
In addition to building core strength and better posture, Pilates helps increase body awareness and stability, improving overall musculoskeletal function.

Sessions are private based instruction and scheduled upon request.

Mrs. Alyse is one of the best instructors out there! Her kindness lights up any room. She really helps you push yourself, and helps you stay healthy physically & mentally. Her instruction not only helps you in the class, it teaches you how to carry your body in every day life. She makes sure you understand proper body alignment and usage. Alyse is an amazing Pilates, TRX and stretch instructor. He knowledge is vast. She talks you through each pose/stretch in a way that makes sense as you’re trying to figure out how to do it. And she also gives you the mechanics as to why you need to do things a certain way. Her workouts are intense and thoughtful to hit all the muscle groups being targeted in the class. The bosu stretching is such a great way to end the class. Alyse is always watching your form and corrects you in the gentlest most effective way. I look forward to my workouts with Alyse, knowing that it will be exactly what my body needs. Cannot recommend her enough.

Alyse is so knowledgeable and is a great teacher. She takes into consideration your flexibility, age, goals of the sessions and then safely demonstrates each exercise. She has experience in multiple modalities so you never get bored.
