Stay far away from this place! The owners are crooks and fraudulently stole over $50,000 from my business who was leasing space from them. They ran student payments through their Anytime Fitness merchant system and were caught red handed. When confronted they refused to repay the students their money. Now students are out thousands of dollars and they are rolling around in new cars, hmmm. They have a default judgement against them for over $150k and still refuse to pay back my students what they stole from them! Consider yourself warned...

Awkward set up. No good place to stretch. Staff isn't very polite. A trainer there was setting up to have the person squat exactly where I was doing my stretches. Rude.

If there were zero stars, that's what I would choose and I am retracting my original post, it's just not who I am.... I will say, I was promised my membership would be cancelled, twice and a refund would be given. Neither of which occurred until I contacted the parent company of ATF. However, a refund could not be given by anyone other than the gym owner as promised, but that's not going to happen. Good Luck if you join....

I showed up right as the manager was arriving. They were extremely helpful and inviting. It has been a while since I went to an anytime fitness and it was so reassuring to be treated with thr level of respect they did. All equipment was clean and well taken care of. Some of the dumbbells could be replaced but most other equipment either had perfect condition or minor defects/wear.

Bad communication skills!!! We have tried for the pass months to cancel the membership, and to date we have not been able to reach nobody. Back in February they assure us the membership would be cancel, but we had to pay the balance. The balance was taking care of and now May 2022 we are still getting charge for the membership. Have contact their 3rd party to requested cancel and they can't do nothing, nor get in touch with the gym.

This is a great quality gym. There are 5 power racks so one is always available to due your big compound lifts. I like the fact they also include a weighted belt for chin up and bands to help with corrective exercises. They have plenty of cardio machines and machines that help isolate specific muscles you would like to develop. The customer service is great! If no one is available physical at the gym, I can call or text and I usually get an immediate response. 5/5 would recommend to my grandma.

God forbid you should move away and attempt to cancel, they will make you jump through hoops and tell you it's canceled only to continue to charge you. You'll have to call the finical service and file a claim against the gym to stop the charges from occurring. Shame they'd show such greasy business practices during a pandemic when money is tight for everyone.

The laziest people work out here, weights are always left out on the floor or on the bars. By far the messiest anytime fitness I have been too, and I've been to many across the states. It's not hard to rerack your weight =)

So I've been a member here for a couple years but their mishandling of the billing and more importantly communication regarding the Covid situation has been poor. I'm very sympathetic to businesses during this time i get that things must be difficult. However, in April i was charged despite doors being locked. I emailed asking for a refund and my account to be frozen. Never got any response. I called the corporate # and was told I needed to contact the gym directly. I heard nothing regarding the way things would be handled or when the gym would reopen.

Hearing nothing back and receiving no charges to my account for a few months I assumed my request for a frozen account were accepted. Apparently the gym reopened in July and now i have a bill for 2 months plus a late fee. Again nothing was sent to members about the opening and closing of the gym. When i called to address it I was hung up on. While I raised my voice frustrated that i would be charged in total for the 3 months $120 without being able to use the facility. I never outright yelled, I never cursed, and I never called anyone out of their name. I don't think I'm crazy for being upset at the way this was handled.

This is the anytime fitness truck driver. I just came out of the gym where should I start with this gym . Equipment . It reminds me of a home gym I did not see anything special . I know if I would have went to this gym in the day I would have not been able to do my workout not enough equipment for all of us . But I felt like I was at home so I was cool with that. Cleanliness. The Silver Sneakers group are just wonderful, friendly, exciting, very motivated & inspiring. Aaron Finney, the trainer is just incredible. Great gym, 24 hour access, friendly staff, modern equipment and monthly bill runs about 34 to 40 bucks. Showers, massages, tanning bed, and clean. And you can actually be a weight lifter here compared to other sensative gyms which dictate your clothing and actions. You know who you are...........

On 12/04/18 I was not able to get inside of the gym in Texas location. When I spoke to one of the stuff members of that location I was told that my membership is canceled. 12/05/18 I was trying to reach your location by phone during whole work day, I called around 8 times and succeeded only once at the evening. During conversation with person who answered my call - I was confirmed that my membership is canceled, but the person was not able to answer "why did it happen", and I was told that the owner of the branch will be told about that and will call me on 12/06/18 to speak with me about it. But I did not get call on 12/06/18, probably because of crazy current of calls I got on that day, probably I missed the on from the branch owner. So i was trying to reach location by phone on 12/06/18 myself, I called around 5 times and no one answered. Today 12/07/18 I was trying to call twice and in vane again. And till today 12/10/18 I was not able to reach this location by phone and no one gave me a call back with any explanation.

I go here and the gym started out great the first 6 months, and then something has happened and they cleared house. There aren’t any employees here anymore, No trainers, it is hardly ever staffed. I want to cancel my membership but have to pay 100% of the remaining balance. So I’m just making due with it for now and definitely switching gyms. To much cardio equipment and not enough machines.

Small but spacious. Lots of equipment to utilize. Lots of trainer's. Smart and approachable staff. Easily spots in traffic. Free parking. Not too crowded. One if the best small gyms you will find. The staff is friendly and will help you out when you ask. And the members pretty much mind their own business. With the occasional greeting from the regulars. It's always clean and the machines are never broken. Great for someone who isn't into a big gym with long wait time for someone to finish their workout on a machine.

This is a great location. The staff is really friendly, they have a rig with a nice set of dip bars, and battleropes. You can't beat their price and the facility is always clean. I highly recommend this anytime

Can't go wrong with this gym. The trainers are the best. I have worked with both Audry and Aaron. Trainers don't come any better than these two. The gym even has a trainer with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Chad is available for evaluation of any musculoskeletal issue and really listens and takes time to do a thorough exam. The gym itself is well maintained. Equipment is kept clean and operative. You will find people of all ages, sizes and abilities here. The gym is never over crowded. And it's open 24/7.

I travel for work and I go from a new anytime fitness to another. In this one There is a keurig coffee machine with free coffee and sweeter . It is very nice to find those little things along with free bags of healthy chips. The gym is very clean. The machines and weights are new and well taken care of. The Famous ANYTIME FITNESS CHALK WALL is kept in good condition and I believe they update it often because I saw the chalks. The only reason why I do not give to this location 5 stars is because in the fitness room/yoga room is extremely hot. They should put an extra ventilator even one of those that you buy in the store. There are spinning bikes as well. Overall a very nice and quiet place. Parking available .

I confused the gym with another membership and Audrey was great at how she handle the situation. The gym was clean and comfortable. My only wish list items are a vertical clad press and a seated triceps apparatus. I was surprised to see suspension straps. Added plus. Great experience. Thank you.

Never packed, Great friendly staff, they explain all the training packages they have without being all over your face, they treat you with all respect like they know you forever. They don't bother you at all but they are always there for you... if you need them.

I like this place a lot. Great location and no hassle. There was enough space for me to do my stretching routine without kicking any machines or people. I brought a bag full of gear the first time because most of the places don't have some of the equipment that I'm looking for but they had it.
