Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a decline in the overall service. The bathrooms have not had toilet paper and appear to be less clean than usual. I’ve been a member of this gym for almost a year, and it has always been a pleasant place, but lately it hasn’t felt the same. Today, I checked all three bathrooms and none of them had toilet paper. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.”

Two thumbs up to Clarissa Best - my consultant at Any Time Fitness Center. Once I explained my reasons for joining the center, she demonstrated quite easily how each apparatus would lead me to my goals. I decided Any Time Fitness Center is the place where I am going to take the journey to not only strenghen my heart, but to loose some weight, and develope the type of muscle tone necessary to maintain my skeletal frame. My hat is off to Clarissa - the ultimate professional - for doing her "best" to encourage me.

Pretty good so far. Only been one day. Wish there were tanning beds, and it would be nice if the 7 day trial users could try the body scan feature -- that was an important thing I was wanting to try before committing to a membership. Prices are a little higher than Planet Fitness but it costs $10 to bring a friend -- each time. Trying hard to justify the cost when me and my girlfriend can workout at Planet Fitness for basically less than half the price we could here, and with tanning beds, and with massage chairs. But the staff is friendly and the 24x7 openness of Anytime is a really important feature as well. The treadmills are much nicer too. Will update.

I have visited multiple gyms, yet this establishment truly stands out! The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean and spacious and provides an ideal setting for workouts. I enjoy the absence of excessive noises such as grunting, groaning, and weights being dropped.

Additionally, the pricing structure is competitive, making it an attractive option for those seeking quality fitness services.

I have observed that, at times, a group of individuals occupies a weight machine for an extended duration, utilizing it collectively for their respective sets. This behavior may lead to frustration among other members who are waiting to utilize the equipment. I am confident that the staff would address such situations with the necessary integrity and tact to mitigate any negative feelings among members and would recommend that these individuals consider alternative group workout regimens to facilitate a more equitable use of the gym facilities.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere; it’s definitely worth it!

The facility is nice. However, the older gentleman needs to learn how to provide customer service. Soooo sorry I had circumstances that led me to not have my FOB for a few days. Customers DON’T need to be told “this is why you always need your key fob.” Like I just left it somewhere on purpose. YOU sir should learn how to actually search for something in a NATIONWIDE database. I can’t imagine why you couldn’t find someone based solely on a name search with a name as common as mine! I WAS gonna change my home gym so this one got my gym fees…. Well NO. Made it a POINT to be there today at a time I KNEW someone would be there. Honestly not sure why I ever expect any actual customer service anywhere, EVER!
UPDATE:
I left because you were patronizing and doing VERY little to actually help me. I’m SURE my name is in there…. Likely with hundreds of other Lisa Williams! However you couldn’t even figure out how to narrow the search to NC! You were arrogant and I didn’t have all day to deal with your condescending attitude. Oh and I’d like to point out that you were in NO hurry to answer the door and it was FREEZING. ACTUALLY YOU never opened the door, another lady that was leaving did. Nothing you say can justify your lack of consideration sir.

I’ve never been as consistent with going to the gym until I started going to Anytime it has had a significant impact on my mental health and overall physical health and confidence! It’s the perfect gym for me. Coaches and the Owner go above and beyond to make sure it’s well maintained as well as listening to members feedback. Extremely clean gym. 24/7 access private bathrooms. Up to date Equipment! Beware of signing up! You will not be able to cancel for any reason whatsoever! I repeat don’t have something unexpected to happen and you need to cancel because you will be told that isn’t their problem! Just go elsewhere unless you are for sure!

First day coming in for one week pass. The gym was very clean because it was new however, the customer service was hum, very cold and unwelcoming. The associate had me signed in on the computer, given a door key and the associate said, "If anything happen to you its on you, not us." Well, I am an adult, and can take care of myself, but her attitude and presentation was very unprofessional. I don't expect AF to babysit me, neither be responsible for me. Wasn't given a tour of the facility or even told were the bathroom was. I have been a member of AF before many years ago and was given a much better experience, tour, personal training introduction and welcoming. Maybe its just the Salisbury.

Update: Within a few minutes of posting this review, i received a very welcoming phone call from AF that just set the tone and made me feel like AF was my second home. A fresh start was what I needed and was accepting and honored. I had a great workout today and look forward to returning to AF.

Came down to Salisbury for an internship within Catawba College, was looking for a short term gym and was rudely neglected by the staff about me not being able to join the gym because of not being a "community member". I Was very interested in joining a gym that seemed very supportive from the outside as well as the Salisbury, but it lacked accessibility and left me feeling as if this gym did not welcome those looking for a short-term stay

Anytime fitness is always amazing. This one is a brand new place, super clean and nice! They are still waiting on some equipment but in general has mostly everything you need to get a sweat on. The owner Randy Long and trainer Erika Prince were real friendly helped my wife and I get a body scan. Came over talked with us about it. What else can you ask for. Nice people, easy access and weights...It's a gym!!! Thanks. This is one of our fav's!

I call up to find out more info and reach Randy. I ask him the cost and he says $20.99 every two weeks. I ask him about monthly costs and he starts arguing saying he is right in line with the Forum and the Y which isn't true. I then mention Planet Fitness and he said that if I want a cheap place go there. I mention the aqua massage chairs and tanning and he laughs and hangs up. Great job Randy! You have now lost several customers. My prediction is as follows: They drop price or be closed in 6 months. We'll see...
