This is our 4th year dancing at Appalachian Rhythm and Dance, and we couldn't be happier! Both my daughter and I dance here, and it has truly become a second home for us.

Owner Ashley is the heart of the studio—she genuinely cares for every dancer and brings so much encouragement, support, and love, especially to the younger students. Her passion for both dance and community shines through in everything she does.

If you're looking for a community-minded studio where dancers of all ages are welcomed, challenged, and celebrated, I highly recommend Appalachian Rhythm and Dance!

My family loves App Rhythm! Ashley is a wonderful teacher. She is kind, patient and fun to be around. She always encourages her dancers to try hard things and lifts them up as they learn. She is an advocate for putting family first and is always considerate of others. She will quickly respond to emails which is much appreciated!

Tried to get into the game store next door, but the workers and employees had several kids dancing in the 4 empty parking spots right in front of the game store playing loud music. Had to park in the farthest spot away from the store because of this.

I don't bring my child here but I just tried to get in to the parking lot to one of the other stores and they have the kids in the parking lot dancing. There cars are trying to get in and out. I just got yelled at by a parent for trying to get out of the parking lot myself because the kids and teachers are making it dangerous to turn around and I possibly could have hit any of those children or teachers because they're in the parking lot. That is not safe for the kids, the teachers, or the parents to hlbe out in the parking lot like that.

AppRhythm is wonderful! I started clogging here in 2018. I missed dance in college & couldn’t find anywhere for adults- until here. Ashley is so awesome! She makes you feel comfortable, but also pushes you to be your best. Love this place!!!

We just started Appalachian Rhythm this season. It has been amazing so far. My girls absolutely loving going to class. Ashley is amazing and so sweet to the kids. The teachers are wonderful and patient with them learning new dances. I would highly recommend signing up with them. It was so easy to register and Ashley responds very fast to messages or questions you may have.

Ashley is an excellent instructor who truly loves sharing the gift of clogging with both the next generation and adults! Her over 30 years of experience, including dancing in Las Vegas and in the Orange Bowl Halftime Show, are a great foundation for her true gift - teaching others to do the same. It isn't often you find someone who not only excels in the practice of dance and the ability to teach it! Ashley is also mindful of the dress, keeping the girls both comfortable and dressed appropriately for their ages. If you are looking into clogging for your child or yourself, I highly recommend Appalachian Rhythm!
