Artistic Motion School of Arts, founded in 2000, is firmly established as one of the top dance studios in the Triad.
Instructors are veterans of the stage and have danced professionally with the Bolshoi Ballet, Kyiv Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Houston Ballet, Boston Ballet, National Ballet of Armenia, Colorado Ballet, and Maryland Ballet.
Artistic Motion is committed to providing its students with a positive and professional performing arts experience beginning as young as 3-years-old and continuing through adulthood at our two state-of-the-art studio locations. Classes and private lessons are available for performing arts training from recreational to pre-professional levels in all disciplines including dance, music, drama, and acrobatics.

I grew up dancing with AM along with my sister- and the technique that is taught is unparalleled. I highly recommend this studio to anyone in GSO or surrounding. The technique that is taught will help those aspiring of professional careers of ballet to achieve, and those dancing for the love and enjoyment of community performances to be safe in their physical development. Having now seen plenty of other studios (nieces/nephews/etc.)- I understand how rare it is to have a company like Artistic Motion. Great people, great community, and great opportunities.

I love it here! The teachers are top notch and I feel like I have really grown as a dancer. As well, the productions each semester (nutcracker and a spring production) are super fun and you are definitely able to stretch yourself as a dancer with new choreography!

My daughter has danced since she was 3 (14 years total). It wasn't until she found Artistic Motion that she truly felt "at home". She feels loved by the teachers (says that she feels like they truly take the time to know her and care about her). She feels challenged - although she was always a talented dancer, when she moved to Artistic Motion, she said they stretched her (literally in some ways - haha). Her technique especially has grown. I can't believe what a "hidden gem" this studio is and wish we had found it soooo much sooner. We are thankful for the impact that Artistic Motion is having on our daughter. The best dance studio for sure (and we have experienced several)!

Best dance school in Greensboro, NC. Had an awesome experience at Greensboro Dance School! The instructors are super talented and make learning dance fun and enjoyable. My daughter has been dancing with Artistic Motion for 3 years and now my son is involved with drama there. The entire studio is absolutely fantastic and has been such a great find for us. The spring performances that they produce are top notch as is the instruction, and the whole environment is just wonderful and encouraging.
