Attune Fitness is a private personal training and Pilates studio in Chapel Hill, NC, offering customized fitness programs for clients of all fitness levels and medical backgrounds. I’ve been training with Beth for over a year and she is wonderful! She makes it a point to really understand your body and its history and works with you on how to create the perfect workout plan that suits you. This has been so important for me as initially I was hesitant to move my body in certain ways due to past pain, however working with Beth has really helped me to understand just how strong my body is and now I am much more confident in what I can do. After two partial knee replacements in three years time I had lost confidence in my ability to exercise without potentially harming myself. I knew I needed to exercise in a way that would delay my need for total knee replacement as long as possible.
After lots of research, and then patiently waiting for a a spot in her schedule for several months I began to work with Beth about six months ago.

Beth has developed exercises that help me feel more confident in what I can do with my body, as I continue to strengthen it.

Beth is very conscientious about adapting my exercise plan to my needs. I am so grateful that I finally got my spot at Attune Fitness .

She is extremely knowledgeable about many aspects of fitness training, including strength training, balance training, development of abdominal muscles, and techniques of breathing for wind players. Weekly classes with Beth through Attune Fitness, LLC are the foundation of my fitness program. Although no two Pilates classes are alike, I can be sure that Beth will provide thorough conditioning, as well as standing balance work, in every rigorous session. Because Beth focuses on good form and offers specific cues for all exercises, I always feel challenged, yet safe, in her classes. Beth encourages students to "listen to their bodies," and is happy to provide modifications to exercises so that everyone gets the workout that they need. And because her mat Pilates classes are recorded as well as live-streamed, one can take them at one's convenience.

Beth is a consummate professional--in addition to her certifications as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, she continues to learn and study and shares that knowledge with her clients.
