I really feel like Caila’s program has given me more freedom in my pregnancy— knowing what I should be doing when is so important and is just one less thing to thinn about. Whatever ailments I have that week, Caila is there to address them! Working with Caila truly makes the overall experience of pregnancy more enjoyable.

I've worked with Caila for both of my pregnancies, and I cannot recommend her to anyone about to begin their prenatal or postpartum journeys enough!

I was incredibly intimidated by pregnancy and labor with my first child, and Caila provided the expertise, reassurance, and support I needed to approach my delivery with confidence. (So much so that I knew I would need her again with my second!) I give her so much credit for the success of both of my deliveries and am incredibly grateful to her and Balance Zen.

Caila is an absolutely amazing person to work with! She was supportive, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout my pregnancy. She helped me face my fears of delivering my baby girl and helped me build the strength my body needed to go through labor and delivery as well as giving me the tools to mentally prepare for the process. When I went into labor, I had the confidence that I could handle the pain and strain on my body and the breathing techniques to get me through. Caila is an amazing partner to work with through pregnancy and I couldn’t imagine what my delivery experience would’ve been like if I didn’t work with her.

Caila was an instrumental team member through my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I was VERY scared of giving birth and her coaching prepped me both physically and mentally. I was able to keep up with my normal fitness routine throughout pregnancy and she helped to modify as range of motion limited. My OB noted how impressed she was with the control of my core and breathing during delivery. Postpartum Caila was there helping me to reconnect with my body and making small mindful shifts in my new routine.

I came to Caila postpartum after my first left me with tearing, DR and some pelvic/SI joint pain. She meticulously supported my postpartum journey. Always offering adjustments to my personal plan and modifying intensity of movements over time. My goal was to return to running and I did just that in 4-5 months! When it came time for baby #2, I immediately reached out to Caila in my 2T when pelvic pain was getting to the best of me. We focused on strength and stretch to help my body endure pregnancy and prepare for birth. I felt so strong going into labor and recovery was even faster the second go around. I cannot recommend Caila enough.

Highly recommend Caila! I knew I wanted to be as strong as I could be during pregnancy and wanted customized support. I went in very focused on the physical given past injuries but the emotional practice and support was just as needed. Between the fear of googling everything during pregnancy, the overwhelming information on social media and the doctor response of “that’s normal” to any pain or discomfort, Caila was a great and trusted resource. I would recommend for anyone who is pregnant.

I believe that my body and mind were as prepared as possible for birth, and I have never felt more confident in myself after as a result.
