I moved here from Syracuse, NY for work in the summer of 2019 and I wanted to continue an active lifestyle. I googled personal trainers and Brandon's business was one of the first to pop up. We met a few days later for a consultation and we've been working together evert since. I've enjoyed both 1:1 sessions and group classes. I also appreciate the fact that we never do the same workout twice, each session comes with its own tricks and trades; it's always a mystery. He is not mean and pushy like some trainers. He's calm, supportive, and has good jokes. haha. Working out with him and the group is pretty fun. I had Mr. Copeland as a professor for weight training at HPU. I had a goal in the class to gain muscle mass and weight. I started his class at 155 and up to the covid-19 epidemic got to 175 pounds (so in about 2-3 months). The guy knows what he is talking about and will do do a lot to guide you to your goal. Amazing trainer! His sessions really push you towards improvement, and let's be honest, isn't that the purpose of having a personal trainer. I find that sessions are formatted in a circuit/endurance style. You can expect to both put on muscle and shed fat!
