I have been working with Alicia for the past year doing Pilates and she has helped my body become stronger in the areas I have needed. Alicia is always very present every session and asks me to check in with my body and how I'm feeling. She has helped me tremendously with ongoing rotator cuff and upper neck/back issues whenever I have needed. Alecia is phenomenal!! When I started going to her many months ago it was because arthritis was beginning to control my life. She has helped me tremendously! I love how she explains the medical benefits about the exercises and doesn’t just tell me to do something. Dr. Alicia is one of the best resources for me. I have concerns regarding the loss of flexibility(lower back and hips) and my bone health (Osteoporosis and Osteopenia). She is patient, provides excellent information, designed just for me and my issues. Dr. Alicia provided videos that I use at home to continue my healing, and enhance the level of wellness.
