About the Club

Body Fit Training provides group strength training programs built to provide positive outcomes for all fitness levels. Our progressive programming includes 14 different class types that are led by 2-3 highly accredited coaches in a welcoming and encouraging environment. Massive variety of 50-minute programs from cardio, strength, functional, and core stability, (plus many more) that are never the same. Boredom is not allowed at BFT.

I visited the south end BFT location while on vacation in Charlotte. The staff at the front desk, as well coaches Aaron and Dash, were all fantastic. Very welcoming, accommodating, and great energy. Hope to stop by if I ever visit charlotte again!

BFT Southend is literally my home away from home. Fitness and health are the upmost importance to me and I strive to keep pushing myself more and more athletically as the years go by. I can truly see positive results thanks to BFT’s programming under the safe and knowledgeable guidance from each coach. The programming is great balance of cardio, functional weightlifting, recovery based, and even a kick boxing type class. There’s literally something for everyone!
Moving from a brand new city, I knew I needed to find not only a great gym, but also a community . Fitness and community go hand in hand and BFT gives the best of both. I am incredibly grateful for the coaches, staff, and community at BFT Southend. BIG Shout out to all the coaches: Aaron, Dash, Abby, Ebony, Sarah, Regina, JJ and amazing GM Adyana 🤩 💪

A great option for group fitness classes in charlotte! Has a great community feel with good workouts. Instructors are awesome! Knowledgeable and foster welcoming environment. Management is very kind and helpful with great customer service!

Worst gym you can sign up for. In my opinion you’re better off signing up for a larger gym. This gym has horrible management and if you feel the need to cancel for whatever reason they get petty about it and try to drag you along for as long as they can. Don’t waste your time with BFT. They don’t even deserve the one star, I just have to give them a star in order to post this review.

BFT has been so much fun and the results I have seen have been amazing! The workouts are centered around building strength with real weightlifting equipment rather than the usual running on a treadmill type of exercise classes. It’s a fresh take on group classes that includes nearly personalized coaching in case you need help with correct form or are a beginner
