Beautiful studio! It's been 25+ years since I've done Bikram (or yoga of any kind). Megann was incredibly compassionate and encouraging. She gave me a lot of great tips on how to approach my first session. I'll be back!

Just show up do your yoga everything is comfortable and beautiful here!!! When your done walking across the street to Natures Own health foods and having nice lunch or smoothie is perfect day of health, enjoying yourself taking care of yourself!!!

Great spot! Cheryl was amazing! She went above and beyond, helping me learn a stretch that has relieved the pain I have felt for 2+ years. Very grateful for the experience! I was in town from Indiana for business and was looking for a good Bikram spot. This is it in Southern Pines for sure!
