Bliss Body Yoga provides a safe, accepting, and fun way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. We offer non-heated classes in Flow Yoga, Beginners Yoga, Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Baby & Me, and Kids & Teen Yoga. Bliss Body classes are taught with expert guidance and encourage students to move at their own pace, find inner peace, and honor their bodies.

Bliss body yoga is an amazing yoga studio in Raleigh, NC. I like to practice 4 days a week and in studio. But lets be honest... As moms and career women sometimes life gets in the way of our cherished practice. Recently, my life became work and 2 teenage boys. Although I love the vibe of the studio, work and my family obligations did not allow me time to make it to the studio. The livestream classes and on demand video have helped me navigate a very chaotic period without my practice having to suffer. Because we all know if we stop practicing, life just gets a little harder. Thank you Bliss Body for your over 200 on demand classes that you filmed during COVID and your livestream! I hope to be back in studio soon, but these features were game changers. If you have a super busy schedule and can't always make it to a live class, Bliss Body IS the studio for you! And, the in studio classes are wonderful and as challenging as you wish to make them.

Bliss Body is a beautiful studio with great teachers and course offerings. I have always had a great experience here with classes and most recently I signed up for private prenatal yoga sessions with Ellie. These sessions were extremely helpful and supportive in the weeks leading up to my son’s birth. I highly recommended this studio and the prenatal classes for those who may be considering yoga as a supportive practice in preparation for childbirth.

Pretty much every class I've taken is just excellent. Some too hard, some too easy, but always enjoyable and worth my time. And I LOVE the stream/zoom option. I have been attending classes with Karley and she is literally amazing! The vibe and educational style of the teacher is always going to influence the classes themselves and Karley is a great teacher. She is intentional, present, kind, and does a great job of towing the line between pushing us an appropriate amount but not so hard that we're in (too much) pain. It's always a great workout, encourages mindfulness, and above all, it's just fun. I genuinely look forward to attending Karley's classes and she even remembered my name despite that I have only been a hand full of times.

I love love love my prenatal yoga classes with Ellie (and the guest instructors too!). I feel so seen in these classes. Checking in with the other women helps me feel connected to a larger community of mothers. The whole practice allows me to appreciate and love myself during this pregnancy journey and journey into motherhood.

Just what I needed. I haven’t been to BlissBody in 6 years because of having children (nothing to do with the pandemic). Last night I needed some β€œme time” and I was so happy that Yin and Gentle Flow had space for me. It was a yoga spa experience: I enjoyed the mint, loved the hand lotion (actually ordered some as soon as I got home), the incense smell was divine, and mostly loved the gentleness of the instructor and the diversity of attendees: old, young, pregnant, advanced and novice. I hope I can find more time to visit.

When Bliss Body Yoga opened 9 years ago (August 16), I was so excited because it is in my neighborhood. I have taken 6 classes a week since day one. Every teacher has something wonderful to offer, making it hard to narrow down. The atmosphere is so inviting and non intimidating. Upon moving from another area, I was eager to find a new yoga studio home. I started by attending Bliss Body Yoga's outdoor classes at the NCMA and then moved to in studio classes. I really appreciated how they handled COVID and how warm and welcoming the staff and other students are. It's hard to find non heated studios (at all) and studios that offer the variety they do (vinyasa flow, gentle flow, yin, restorative, etc). I'm happy to call Bliss Body my Raleigh yoga home and hope that I will for a long time!

Seriously, Bliss Body is the best place for yoga in Raleigh especially for beginners! It is a wonderful community of diverse people. They offer a wide variety of classes and schedules to fit everyones busy lives!
