The Coaches actively engage with members and ensure they are working safely, effectively, and at an appropriate level. BodFit510 meets you where you are, and help you along your fitness journey.
BodFit510 offers 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching & Personal Training. Nutrition Coaching is behavior-based to provide you lasting results, and can be combined with Personal Training and fitness classes for a total body transformation.

I completed the 28 day challenge and lost 8 pounds! The following are the two most important take aways for me:
1) Leslie shifted the thinking for me about weight loss. You are not going to follow the plan 100%, 7 days a week because after all you are human so forgive yourself when you get off track and get back on the plan 2) Leslie also gets you thinking about what and when you are putting food in your mouth. Because of this, I reduced a lot of mindless eating. Leslie answered questions quickly and the information she provided will be used by me going forward.
It was a really great experience! I was able to navigate Thanksgiving without weight gain.

I owe a great deal of thanks and gratitude to Leslie for caring enough about people to want to see them be better versions of themselves. I really appreciated this 28 Day Reset and all of the support and guidance that was provided daily. I knew that it wasn’t going to be easy because I’d gotten into my own habits of working out and snacking too much but I wanted to change, I just didn’t know where to start. It wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t as hard as I thought it might be, I think partly because there were so many choices and so much delicious food recipes that I feel like I ate more, just healthier. And there were some great healthy treat recipes as well. I’m glad I gave myself the chance, and I am confident that I will not go back to some of those old ways because I feel so much better and when I trip up, I know I’ll get back up and do better next time. I am very proud of myself and I have some great tools and I’ve learned a lot!! Thank you again Leslie!

Leslie epitomizes everything you want in a coach/trainer. For over a year she has advised, educated, cajoled and inspired me, not only as it pertains to weight training and exercise but also regarding nutrition and general health. Her “one-on-ones” were choreographed specifically to my needs and pace. Leslie helped me address exercising with a bum ankle and inspired me to address diminishing ‘post-menopausal’ muscle mass. I was benching 65 lbs. before our last session. She even took extra time at end of sessions to hit my calves with her message gun after tough workouts.

My husband and I have been training with Leslie for the last 3+ years. Her consistency and work ethic are exemplary. She has been pushing us just a bit more every time, so that we're progressively seeing results. However, she also knows how to make the workouts fun so that we're never dreading the workouts! She's also hyper focused on injury prevention, which is critical IMO. I have been working out with Leslie for about 2 years in the Oakland area and it has been both inspiring and fun. Leslie is so knowledgeable about form/technique but there is also a lot of flexibility and variety in her workouts. I learned a lot and my new trainer (after Leslie moved away) said my form was perfect. That was all Leslie's teaching!
Meanwhile if something doesn't feel right or you need extra help - Leslie will figure out a modification that will work for you! And you will be stronger or meet whatever goals you have set out.
And did I mention all of this happens while Leslie is smiling? There are few people that can entertain me at 6:45am and Leslie is one of them. Highly, highly recommend Leslie and BodFit!

I have been working out with Leslie and Bodfit510 for two years. I have been very happy with Bodfit's program. Leslie is an excellent instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and the body. She is wonderful at describing how to do everything to make sure we are doing it correctly. Even on zoom she is able to watch to and give us corrections when needed. There is a good variety of the kinds of workouts. Even after two years, Leslie still finds new moves and exercises. Leslie is great at giving a variety of levels and options in each class. I have been dealing with a spine issue for the last six months (not caused by these classes) and I was able to change to a lower level class and continue working out. Leslie is able to give me modifications that address my issue. I highly recommend Leslie and all of the Bodfit510 instructors. Leslie, the owner of BodFit510, is the real deal! I started using BodFit510 after hearing about the Cleanse/Detox they were going to be offering in January. It was a game changer for me both the nutrition component, the support, information given, recipes, meal plan and the classes that were offered. I have been with Bodfit510 since April 2023 and have successfully lost weight and feel very good. Leslie's has helped me tweek my diet to what I should and should NOT be eating. I absolutely adore bodfit510. As a traditional mom who always preferred attending classes in person, I was initially hesitant to try an online platform. However, I am now a firm believer in the incredible offerings this platform provides. Not only have I saved a significant amount of time by eliminating my commute, but I have also found that I can truly enjoy and engage in my workouts from the comfort of my own home.
Leslie's classes are consistently amazing, as are Lisa's yoga sessions. Here are a few aspects of these classes that I particularly love:
1. The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly and convenient. I can join a class at any time and from any location, eliminating any excuses for my occasional laziness.

I used to visit the gym five days per week, attending various classes or working independently.
In March 2020, this came to an abrupt halt. I assumed this would be a short term situation, but obviously I was wrong.
In May 2020, I knew that I needed to come up with a new plan to maintain physical fitness and mental health. I “attended” a variety of spin classes and fitness classes through Zoom, but none of them fit my needs.
Then I happened upon a class by Leslie, whom I had never met in person. At first I attended with my camera turned off because I did not know what to expect. Leslie’s classes were very well thought out and challenging: A warm up, then increasing levels of resistance training and cardio, followed up by a short cool down and stretch session. Eventually, as I became more comfortable, I turned on my camera, because as Leslie explains, she wants to be able to monitor her students’ form and alignment to prevent inadvertent injuries.
Leslie’s classes leave me feeling invigorated, and out of breath sometimes. But they are helping me get back near my pre-pandemic level of fitness.
A side benefit of doing live classes with Leslie is that now I do not have to drive to and from the gym. This opens up more time to enjoy a cup of coffee, take the dog for a longer walk, or stretch out more.
Leslie’s classes have been instrumental in helping me maintain a level of fitness, while also enjoying a sense of community.

For 4 years I have worked out with Leslie first as my group fitness instructor at a large gym, then as my personal trainer and coach for my own fitness certifications.

Leslie is the BEST!!! I had GRIT with her, and she knew my level and pushed me to exceed further. For weight training, she always make sure the students have the correct form to prevent injuries, and work on range to build up strength. When I felt like my form was not quite right, or just being curios how certain movements affected my muscles, I asked her questions— and she always answered selflessly. I’ve learned so much from her, from cardio moves, to weight training and even to stretching! I’ve been working out with Leslie since 2015. Since Covid, she started online Zoom workouts and I’ve had the privilege of doing them since 2020. I have had to build my home gym equipment a bit, but it is totally worth it. Leslie has been able to provide full fledged workouts. She takes “requests” and provides accommodations for injuries/pains. My favorite part about Leslie is that she pushes you in a good way and she really explains form to help ensure you stay safe and maximize. Plus, she’s got a great sense of humor and likes to have fun! You will be sweaty and sore, I promise. I highly recommend Leslie!
