This place is awesome. My partner and I recently participated in a couple’s Thai massage class, which was so fun AND educational! Love that combo. Megan is extremely knowledgeable and a great instructor. She’s also an incredible cook! (She made the students Thai food after the class, and it was DELICIOUS.)

I absolutely love the vibe and energy at this Morehead studio! I first started booking Thai massage appts with Megan and fell in love with the space. She offers sound baths, interactive spa classes, great barre/toning classes, yoga, breath work and reiki. I have really enjoyed her Monday night heated flow and tone classes. The workout is great and I leave feeling so refreshed!

Very clean , stylish, and comfortable space with professional teachers and classes for all levels from beginner to well-practiced. They offer Yoga Introduction, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Meditaion, Breath Work, and weekly Ice Baths, as well as Sound Baths, and Ecstatic Dance. The Massage Studio is impeccable and there lives magic hands.
